Bilablau delivers. Me, my brother and friend use one account for purchasing so we actually save a lots money ordering from here.

Ordered 2 products, one was shipped wrong (I don't know how much competence does it take to delivered the exact product that was ordered)

I contact bilablau.com with an email in english (I live in denmark) and I get an answer in danish (great customer support) I reply in English and I am told that since I am on the danish website he assumed that I speak danish, anyway we continue our conversation in english.

They ask me to ship back the wrong item and to add a small piece of paper in the package with the name of the right product (WHATTT??? anyone heard of order details)

I ship the mistaken product back and ask if I can get the product I already paid for now. I am told that I have to wait till the other product arrives and after that they will ship the right one.

One week passes, I get the right product, almost 3 weeks after my initial order and I discover a random 89 kr. charge on my account.

I come here to leave a review based on my experience and based on the previous reviews I realise that bilablau signed me up for a monthly subscription without any visible confirmation. No transparency, even while navigating the website as a logged in user I had a hard time finding information about the subscription - well hidden.

I would summarise bilablau's activity as an abuse towards online shoppers and a shameful participant in the online medium.

Because companies like bilablau the internet becomes a worst place everyday and less trust is placed on true businesses that value their customers.

STAY AWAY!!!

Total criminal scam. I bought an inflatabale animal in May. Since then they have charged money from my card 89 DKK every month since. Unfortunatly i found out in janurary.

I had made an order six months ago and fell into their very well setup trap.
Their legitimate way till now was that they had a notice on the checkout that you will be charged but next to it was the 0euros charge in the sum.
I fell into it as others did and thought that only if I made an order after the 14 days I would be charged.
But this was not enough for them.
I noticed in my creditcard charges that in the last 6 months, I was charged 8 times the 12 euro subscription.
I visited their website and unsubscribed using a six question verification process (Subscribing took only one click of cource) and contacted them and my bank to cancel the credit card.
Bilablau replied that it was a system error that caused some accounts double charged two months ago and offered to refund only the two months.
Of course they only refund those who find it out because in the last two months (the double charges were for october and November 2016), noone contacted me to mention the problem but they had the reply ready as soon as i complained.
They even had screenshots to point out that they mention the charge in the checkout form.
After I replied them that the violation of the terms on their side breaks the "agreement" meaning that the last two months were illegally charged they replied ironically that they thank me for my suggestions.
If they actually have 40.000+ users, they have the best legitimate scam ever designed.

Company who actually performs frauds. They will never deliver your ordered items and therefore they can't, according to their policy, cancel your subscription. Signing up to them is a life sentence and will cost you A LOT.

Be aware, this company is a scam. They are stilling your money, so please don't order anything from them because you will never get it.

As many others have said, they automatically sign you up for a recurring monthly fee. Don't shop here. It is a scam!

Do not buy from this company. They automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription with a monthly fee that they DO NOT DISCLOSE when you buy a product. The amount was so small that I just noticed after a couple of months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY else you will have missing money from your bank account every month.

BILABLAU online shopping - BEWARE.....

Warning to anyone buying from Bilablau.co.uk. They advertise on Facebook and I purchased an 'EasySweep' from them in August - it was rubbish and broke first time I used it.

But that's not all.

In the Terms and Conditions of payment it automatically opens a monthly subscription to them of plus or minus £11.50 which is taken out of your bank account automatically every month. I say 'plus or minus' because the amount changes a little every month,
They have just ripped me off for 4 months. My bank can't claw the money back because although it's effectively a scam, it is legal.

Quick delivery. Good prices.

Please avoid to place an order in this website!
They trick you with a membership fee that you dont see as it is with small letters, and you have to read the terms and conditions.
They do not send any email with the charges, either.
I cannot understand why the EU legislation permit this company to still function!

Its one of the biggest scam sites in the workings. They begin to charge you every month after a little purchase and bind you to pay them. Its a scam site AVOID.

Sneaky membership website!

I purchased a small tool in June for 2 euros, and have just discovered that I unknowingly agreed to pay 12 euros per month thereafter. The website did not make the membership clear. Nor did I receive an email confirming the transaction or informing me of the membership fee, so did not have an reasonable opportunity to cancel it.As my card number was used, the bank cannot cancel the transaction or reject the monthly amounts. So 2 euros has cost me 72 euros in monthly membership fees, and a 10 euro fee to cancel my bank card.

BILABLAU IS A TOTAL CON !!!
