Quite happy with them, friendly and good service, on point.
I had a few cars rented, and once had some damage on the wheels and windshield, although I was a bit sad I had to pay, they had more than reasonable prices almost at purchase cost. Gladly I recommend them and will use them :)

I leased a car through Bilabonnement and can only say good things. From the start they were easy to reach, very helpful, and quick to clear up any questions. The leasing process was fast, transparent, and reliable, and they delivered exactly what was agreed. The car was in perfect condition and I had no issues during the entire lease. I would recommend Bilabonnement to anyone looking for short-term leasing, my experience couldn’t have been better. Great job!

Very good customer service, everything went smooth and well during the pick up. I asked many questions but they were well received and answered with understanding. Also received a call beforehand, to confirm whether I would be arriving to pick the car.

Yet another company that gets excited about a customer's credit rating. New people in Denmark without a CPR number are left out in the cold because the company is eager to check their creditworthiness. Poor and sad company. But then they are surprised when they hardly make any sales - not recommended for new people in Denmark

Have a car on lease with bilabonnement and had an issue with a parking ticket that Europark gave me. The ticket had 100% been payed by me but no matter what I did they continued to send me charges for an unpaid ticket.
Since the car belongs to bilabonnement I notified them about the situation with full proof that the ticket was fully payed and that Europark completely ignores my case with them. Europark are a*holes and its not possible to call them.

Somehow bilabonnement managed to get through to those criminals on my behalf and the charges on the ticket are finally dropped.

Thank you so much bilabonnement. For all I know Europark would have charged my until the end of my days.

Grateful that we chose Bilabonnement for our leasing needs. We enrolled for a 6 months lease in March 2024. The customer service team was prompt and kept us updated when the car was ready to be picked up. Even, when I had a windscreen stone-chipping incident on the motorvej, Team Bilabonnement stepped in to fix the damage at no extra charge. We returned the car in Sep 2024 and once again were delighted with the quick & easy return process. The refund was promptly processed within 7 days. Prompt, transparent and effective - that's what Bilabonnement is all about. Keep up the good work.

I have a colleague who recommended the company.
They had 2 cars (subscriptions) already and they were very satisfied. As I need a car only for about 10 months, 6 months subscription is something I was interested in.
The car had 10km on the dashboard - brand new and its fantastic. I am very happy with the communication. I made the order on Tuesday and by Friday, I was already driving the car.
I highly recommend it and of course, I will return in the future as its great value for money.

We short leased Peugeot 2008. The car was delivered on time, to our work location- which was super convenient. The car return after six months was swift and with no additional fees as we took a good care of it.
We will definitely come back for our new car after the summer.

I did see the bad reviews before renting a car from bilabonnement.dk, but didnt think anything of it. Of course they scammed on the return with unnecessary expensive "scratches", high fees for return in the beginning of the month etc. So many other great offers in denmark when renting cars with way better service. Bilabonnement.dk are just amateurs, slow support, expensive return, just an bad experience overall. Can't recommend.

We’ve been a customer of the company for almost 1 year and a half and are really satisfied with their services. Getting a car in Denmark is expensive, and having the flexibility to lease/rent one for a fixed fee every month is very convenient. It’s even nicer to be able to change cars fast and easy. We just upgraded cars (from a small C1 to a Peugeot 208) and it was a very easy and seamless experience, just drop off the old car and pick up the new one!

There is a bit of paperwork in the begining but everything is clearly explained in the emails you get throughout the onboarding process, and the customer service was always very nice and helpful everytime I called with questions/inquiries.

Overall, we’re really happy with the service and are planning on being customers for a while!

I had a great experience with Bilabonnement, I have also leased my second car with them again. I have also suggested to two of my colleagues and they have also leased from there as well. Great service and quick response from their team.
