Completely untrustworthy - avoid these people!
Send the wrong part and refuse to admit fault, or pay for the shipping for me to return the part.
The website clearly shows it's the correct part, with a green banner saying it's for a Golf IV 1J1 - however it's the wrong part and doesn't fit. I put it my license plate number, and it shows this part.
I went to thansen after recieving the wrong part, as I couldn't wait longer with broken wipers, and guess what - I gave them the license plate, and I got the right part...
Their customer service says "in some cases the online search may be insufficient, therefore we recommend our customers to contact us for a manual compatibility check with our technical department to ensure the correct match"
Nowhere on the website when placing the order does it say this,
Clearly bileleekspert's fault, but they are refusing to take responsibility.
Terrible customer service - avoid this company!

We confirm that search by license plate number or car details cannot guarantee 100% of compatibility, because you can install different types of spare parts with different characteristics and due to the changes that the manufacturer made during years.
OEM codes are indicated for comparison in the description of every spare part.
It is always better to check the compatibility with the help of the VIN / Chassis number. Our customer service is always at your disposal to dispel any doubts.
