Never ever use

Really really bad. I organise events and decided to try Billetto after a recommendation. Worst decision ever. Not only did it take them over a month to pay out my money (despite cliaming it would take 3-4 days). I had to constantly chase them to even get a reply about what was going on and often they would simply stop replying. Finally received my money after 1,5 month but this is among the absolute worst experiences I've had. Never ever again.

I arrange events

I arrange events, and i can say i wouldnt recommend billetto to my worst enemy.

Absolutely horrible company and platform.

For 2 consecutive month, their billetto advertising function has failed to upload ads in the correct format.

And guess what? All the ad creatives are uploaded on THEIR OWN PLATFORM!

Its literally drag and drop. you'd expect the ad formats to be correct when using 50% of ticket sales function.

I hope this company goes bankrupt, because its one of those cases where the company gives zero importance to reputation.

And it backfires, with customers that has had bad experiences and writes bad reviews.

PS: If i could upload all the images from their ad function, you'd be in for a comedy show.

And their SEO function is from 1999.

Its one of those instances where one says:

You had one job. One job.

VARNING!! Bolaget tar inget som helst ansvar för falska event. Det är enkelt att sätta upp ett event vilket lockar bedragare att använda Biletto.

Warning!! The company takes no responsibility whatsoever for false events. You may end up with buying a ticket to a false event with no possibility to refund. It is easy to set up an event and sell tickets. It attracts scammers to use Biletto.

Disappointing, high service charges …

all the fees appearing while booking are an unpleasant surprise.
Booking fee 16%
SMS fee 2€

So: at a ticket price of 10€ 36% on top is simply too much.
Just tell in advance what the charges are and not only in the course of booking!
Highly discouraged and disappointed.

I got charged a full ticket price but…

I got charged a full ticket price but kept getting an error message stating that I had an "invalid order state." It ended up wasting a lot of time and causing frustration. This is terrible UX.

Confusing tool producing bad mood

Despite the fact that there was a deadline by 6 p.m. there was already no ticket available any more. The page was packed with all kinds of other announcements which made it difficult to get orientation. And there was no explanation how the booking would have worked if it had still been possible and why it was no longer possible.

If you want to see your name published…

If you want to see your name published in the internet after just buying a ticket choose this service. They really ignore your privacy. Even one star is too much, but the least amount I can give.

Make order-matrix for tickets more consumer-friendly !

Dear Sirs,
a few days ago, when I wanted to order tickets for "No way out" in theas Theater in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, I needed too much time to order the tickets.
The reason was, when I wanted to order tickets, I had to push the button, where the hour, when the event starts, is shown...
Maybe, this is clear for "experienced edv-freaks"..
A so called "normal person" is looking for a button, which is named "order now" or something else, not a button which is named "20.00"

I know, this is not the most important problem in this world, but a company which is living from selling tickets e.a., should act more customer-friendly.
Professionals call it "Ergonomic layout of the order-matrix"
