Unfortunately I didn't take these reviews seriously, but it's true, this shop sends already used or damaged items. I received an opened and damaged item, fortunately I paid with paypal, but you have to cover the return costs yourself. So don't order if you don't want a headache and additional costs.

Avoid any disappointment, frustration and hassle by avoiding this seller altogether but please use PayPal if you do decide to shop with them.

I received an order with a badly damaged product box and broken miniatures mid-October. Despite being a heavy item shipped internationally, the seller provided no additional packaging beyond a cardboard box and a thin sheet of brown paper which was inadequate to protect it during its journey.

After reporting this to the seller, they responded “too bad” and refused to accept a return to either replace or refund the item. After an 8 week dispute with PayPal, I today received a full refund but would very much advise you to shop elsewhere to avoid a similar experience.

Truly horrible, false listings and then sends wrong product, forces return on buyer’s cost for refund. Been a month trying to resolve this, PayPal buyer support is of no use. Avoid at all costs.

I have ordered a few times by now.
Had no problem ordering here trough amazon and also directly after signing up through their website.

Email updates and shipping were quick and great.
A shame it's all in German, I don't see options for getting English correspondence.

- Ordered item was in wrong language
- An item was not sealed yet advertised as new
- Packaging was lacking and damaged in shipping
- Prices are scalping levels high, yet many in stock
- Prices differ allot on the amazon storefronts.

Overall the seller disappoints and their good points don't make up for the several experiences I had.

Bought an out of print game listed as new for a price well over the original retail price. The box had been opened before with content missing and damaged. Docsmagic directed me to the publisher but the publisher doesnt support this retailer leaving me with the option to return the game or accept an incomplete game for a high price.

Ordered a package of 2 King Kool Lounge but got only one.
Ordered blue but got white.

I just received my package. And unfortunately for the first time in Europe purchases I've received an opened game (not sealed. there was no sign of plastic anymore and the top of the box had a little damage). And if it was all, it would be great, but no... the game came without 1 tile. It seems somebody was in need of getting the missing tile for his/her game.
And 1 of the inside boxes (with tiny pieces of the game) seemed like it was damaged by water or something else.
Shame on you, DocsMagic!

Fantastic outer sleeves, same premium quality as other household brands for a third of the price (including shipping and VAT). Best bang for your your buck if you buy in bulk.

The seller sent a different product from what I ordered and once notified he still did not send the correct item instead. He asked me to either return the incorrect product or take the item at a cheaper price but never mentioned to send the correct item again. The reduced price does not make sense either as it only covers part of the shipping costs. He is not replying to my emails. Also one of the products had a scratch and was dirty. Does not seem trust worthy.

The price was very reasonable but the figurine was damaged and not new. It arrived already opened and broken in 4 places, including a piece missing even from the box, proving that it is neither new nor a carrier problem.

Ordered a rare plush for 33€ and it arrived perfect condition in 4 days!!! Thought it was going to be a hit or miss and was really anxious since I spent quite a bit on shipping (downside: pricey shipping to the UK) but I'm so happy :DD

Constant updates about the order, good prices, regular shipping time. I dont understand the negative reviews.

Will buy again in the future.

Ordered a board game expansion on Saturday 7th, September and it was delivered to my home in the UK on Thursday 12th. Fantastic service, product was brand new and sealed. I was dubious about ordering from here after reading these reviews but I'm glad I did, I will be ordering from them again in the future.

It looks like they are selling used stuff - Funko POP arrived with damaged box, and also the figure has some little defect. Avoid this seller!

My daughter lost her favourite doll and Docsmagic was the only store worldwide that had any left. I ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered to my door in Ireland the next Tuesday morning. The doll and packaging are in perfect condition and wrapped perfectly. I was sent tracking as soon as the order was placed, it was a very pleasant transaction process/service and we are delighted with our purchase!

For a first experience, im not disappointed ( I was worry relative to the feedback on trust pilot). Order of almost 1500 sleeves. Everything inside the box, reception really fast in France with Collisimo delivery ( 5days) . Good Quality vs Price. Positive experience on my side.
I will order again for my next boardgames !

Ordered 2 lamps, the packing was terrible and the box got smashed. It seemed the lamps were ok, but after mounting it found that they had a manufacturing defect. Was told to contact the manufacturer myself. Stay away from this vendor. I regret not having looked them up on TrustPilot before now.

Would not open up to responsibility of poor consignment protection and refund the product.

Seeing the reviews, i was a bit hestitant to order. But as no other shop could provide what was offered, i took the gamble.

Pleasantly suprised, very fast shipping.

Only thing that can improve is the packaging, all goods arrived however without damage and as described.

I was a bit hesitant at first, because of the poor reviews. I decided, however, to pull it off, since docsmagic was the only shop in the entire universe having the board game (Modern Art) I wanted. I paid for the game, received it couple days later and everything went great! I do recommend the shop.
