Fast shipping, good shoes
Bought some shoes directly from Billi Bi’s website. Shipping was really fast. Shoes are very comfortable, they needed a bit of breaking in first but got more comfortable with 2 days of wearing.

The courier DPD didn’t deliver on two different dates , third time lucky 10 days later ! plus the internal box was battered and these are a Christmas present .
However the ordering was simple and the product ( boots) look good .

Soles came off!
I am absolutely appalled with the quality. I wore these shoes three times and the third time I had them on, I noticed that the soles literally started coming off the rest of the shoe (both left and right). It’s SHOCKING and I am expecting a prompt refund.
