The booking went smoothly and the moving went absolutely great! The moving guys were fantastic, both Sami and Dennis were super helpful, nice to chat with, did everything to make the moving go smooth, take utmost care of all my stuff and went a long way to make it go as smooth and as swift as possible. Way to go Sami & Dennis!

The beginning was fine, as we got our furniture and boxes from one place to the other. The issue is the condition of some of the furniture, which are scratched, and we are missing a small corner piece from our table. Accidents happen, but what I noticed was that instead of the furniture being carried, it was dragged on the ground, and the people moving us didn’t seem too concerned about how things were handled.

Also, we were given one price for the move, but on the day we had more boxes and were charged extra, which is fine. However, I also ended up helping move some of the boxes and furniture because the movers didn’t have the capacity to do so, yet I didn’t receive a reduced price for helping. It seems the price can only go up, but not down if you need to assist. Definitely not the hands-free experience I was expecting.

Denniz and Poljak helped me move all of my stuff from a storage unit to our new apartment. They were absolutely fantastic. Quick and professional, with a good price. What more do you need! Can 100% recommend them if you’re moving!

Sabah and his colleague did a fantastic job. They were extremely careful and treated our stuff like it was new born baby. If we ever move again, we''ll certainly call Billigflyt.

They claim that it's 850 DKK an hour, but they asked me for 1200 DKK an hour instead. They based this on "after hours" tariffs, which are not stated on the web-site in the section where they inform customers that there are surcharges for moving on weekends and holidays.

Deniz Cihad and his friends did a great job moving all my things all the way up to the 4th floor. They were very fast and friendly. Great service 😊
