Booked and payed for express delivery for the following day. The parcell was stored for 24 hours in one city, and upon request I was informed that it would be additional 3 days delayed, but that I could apply for a refund.... If someone is really waiting for your shipment, choose someone else.

When I sent a package to a official mailing address they ended up sending me an extra invoice because they said had problems to deliver it to the receiver .
If for some reasons they have problem to deliver they should rather return the package to the sender ,this company I found not trustworthy and legally I don't think they can charge you extra when you send something to a residential address . Linda Graesdal

stay away form this company, they are almost scammers.
they send package trough UPS witch you can do it directly yourself,
i paid for pick up on a Monday they never came for pick up when i called them and ask why they did not come, they said truck was there and no one was home witch is not true, i told them that i have camera outside and i could see that no one came for pick up, then the guy in phone said they did not find the address.

after UPS pick up the goods 3days later they return it back to me after 4 days and said they do not service that location, i called billigpakke and asked where is the goods they said that the goods was delivered to receiver, i told them that is not true and the goods was delivered back to me, then they said we will refund, everyday they said they refund today, until one month, then i contacted Norwegian council for force refund and after that they refund me. they delay my delivery for almost one month.

never use this company just go directly to UPS or your local post office the price is maybe 20% more but you dont need to deal with such company as this

Billigpakke is easy to use, they picked up on time and I was able to track the package across the globe. Very satisfied.

I am still waiting for UPS to pick up my package.

Quick, cheap and nice

Responding to a message below, where I already provided a negative review. You are not describing things accurately and very unprofessional of you to put my name in the review. The package was artworks going for an exhibition (none had been sold), I am the artist and maker. I refused to paid taxes because it is ridiculous that I would need to pay on art that I produced. I hold regular exhibitions for artists internationally here in Norway and after providing documentation I am always able to have the taxes waved and when it is coming for an exhibition. Once I requested the return of the package and ask for tracking information I had no response from your team. I received the package before I received an answer from customer service. Will make sure no artist friend of mine (I have an artist collective) uses your services.

Had so much problem with shipment of 12x packages , UPS was not accepting the packages since it was registered as 1 package

just thought I’d let you know why I cancelled, so you can think of improvements for the future

- we arranged a 4hr window (which you informed me I would be charged 125NOK if I wasn’t home) - yet you did not show up
- you also did not show up for the further 4hr extension (5PM-9PM)
- you also had no idea where your driver was (which doesn’t instill confidence about your ability it’s to deliver/track packages)
- you were not accommodating to my request for a new pickup time the following day, meaning I would have to spend at least another day waiting at home
- and possibly most importantly, you never once apologized for not showing up and wasting my time

all in all terrible “service”

Det som har gått galt at jeg ble lurt av dere på en bærbar PC som er verdt 15000 pluss frakt .. se på saken min

i tillegg så UPS vil ha betalt 7500 nok for å returnere min forsendelse som dere ikke klarte å levere til slutt destinasjon

dette med andre ord er bedrageri.
What has gone wrong is that I was cheated by you guys on a laptop which is worth 15000 plus shipping .. look at my case

in addition, so UPS will have paid 7500 enough to return my shipment that you failed to deliver to the final destination

In other words, this is fraud.

My package was not picked up on the ordered day. It is still in progress.
The booking service did not mention that the pickup time is not guaranteed, and a delay until 9 pm can occur. It did also not mention that self-delivery at UPS is an alternative. If so, I would have delivered it myself at UPS at the airport.

Paid for a 5 delivery day service, it took about 60 days this is the worse delivery company i have used. I had to call to a broad everyday to get some information or progress about my parcel, and when it finally arived it were full of ants inside the parcel multiple items were ripped, the package looked like someone have dropped from a 100 meter stair case, and when i said i wanted some retribution for this, they said ofcource send me some pictures and we will make a claim, havent heard anything else from them, dont use these guys

I ordered "door to Door" delivery but get the message that UPS will not collect at this address.
This should be informed before payment.
