I suggest that if the package is delivered in person to have the driver call the person at least 1 he ahead to warn the person to the driver arrival.

Ordered for 3 packages. Sent e-mail got a late answer. While i ordered shipment and pickup, I had to order pickup seperately for UPS and for DHL I had to confirm the pickup. Seems like you really need a masters degree in logistics just to get your documents sent if you have not done it before. Billigpakke seemed unable to get back to me quickly.

This company almost impossible to contact, even though it's a company in Norway, they don't have anyone who speaks norwegian, they don't answer emails…. they took 3 days to collect my package that was supposed to be collected the next day. arrived in the country where the package was supposed to be sent, but they have no information on what can be packed and how to pack it on the company website, my package will be resent because the electronics have to be packed in a separate package, I also didn't have any information saying that makeup could not be sent. I do not recommend sending anything through this company, very expensive, and their service is not worth it.

This is the worst courier ever. I booked a picked up with them for an express delivery. Was informed on the picked up date that they do not have UPS in our area. They was advised to have it under DHL with them and promised it will be picked up the next day. To my surprise, no ine showed up. Tried to contact billigpakke and no one dares to pick up the phone.
Come the week after, tried to call them many times but still no response until after 10th attempt on the same day, somebody finally pick up the phone and told me the next pick up they have is the next day.
If only that had been very honest from the very beginning, i could have just mailed it using a regular courier here in my area.
They wasted many of my days waiting for a pick up of a document that was supposed to be pick up and deliver as express😡😡😡😡

I booked a package to be sent from Norway to Luxembourg. It was important documents for a banking partner in Luxembourg. I discovered myself that the package had not arrived(no info from them) and after numerous follow up, they cannot find my package, they are not doing anything without me continously pushing and they only blame Fedex for the problems when confronted. This is for sure an intermediary that is not providing any value at all and only functions as a meaningless delay. Stay away from this company !!

Good for cheaper prices on Bring and Posten - especially for small packets. Can't comment on its international service.
