i have received on time delivery and the quality of item is perfect.

If there was a star below BAD, that would still not be explain how pathetic this website is. Please be advised the delivery time stated is completely wrong. Apparently all the items are shipped by third party seller and the item takes more than a month to be delivered. customer service is even more PATHETIC as they cannot support or provide solution to your grievance and plus they are so hard to get in touch.
You are better off ordering from Amazon brother websites where atleast the expected date of delivery is as stated.

never try this site , terrible experience as i paid for a medicine online and i didn't receive anything and i can not call customer service as the land line number in the site is not working 800-binge (24643) , very bad service i never recommend it , i sent an e mail , and raised online complaint and i will share my experience allover social media's plat forms as well as UAE consumer rights.

I ordered 2 items on 21 May 2019, estimated date was 27May/1June.
1 of the item I received on 14 June 2019 (2 weeks delay).
The other item till this date (23 June 2019) not received. No reply thru phone and if you send them email for follow up, wait for 3/4 working days and each time expect some strange excuse.
EXPECT THE WORST & LAZIEST INDIAN MANAGEMENT SINCE THE INVENTION OF INTERNET.

Excellent online shopping experience, delivery before schedule, packaging was super. 5 stars or 5 for me.

Will surely shop again in the near future.

I was bit concerned initially as it was my first order but I received what I had ordered. There was a delay of 1-2 days but they had replied to my query via email. Not a bad experience. Will order again if required.

Worst Customer Service which is near to non-existent.

Ordered clothing items from this “company”. The items arrived 3 weeks late and in the completely wrong size to what I ordered. Zero customer support or service.

I ordered a gymnastics leotard I couldn't find elsewhere in the internet at a decent price. It came within a reasonable time in perfect condition and fit my daughter as per specifications.
I will shop with Binge again and recommend Binge to others.

As of June 9, 2019 - If there is an option for zero-star rating, I would be more glad to give it to Binge. I experience a worst delivery and turn-around time with Binge. They don't care about the delivery timeline that they have set. Worst is, they offer an unrealistic delivery date + inefficient internal processes will definitely ruin your online shopping experience.

Update: As of 12 June 2019. This is an update regarding my order with Binge. The expected delivery date of the items I purchased was 29th-31st of May 2019. Today is 12th June 2019 and I still did not receive my order. I received an email though on 10th June 2019 that my order is being packed for final delivery. In such email, I was promised to receive the item on 11th June 2019. Today is already 12th of June and no delivery person shown up. Definitely, Binge will ruin your schedules and if you have urgent and important matters, dont bet your luck with Binge. You will definitely lose your memorable moments / planned activities due to their delay.

The item did not arrive. I wrote many times and called them, do not respond. Do not contact them.
