BingX holding $350 assets hostage using fake price data (Ticket #1018210)

UPDATE 16.03.2026: Still NO RESPONSE from BingX regarding the mathematical fraud in ticket #1018210. They refuse to explain why a $0.13 fee blocks a $350 balance. Official case is now with FSA Seychelles. Potential users, beware: BingX uses fake pricing to seize assets and then stops communicating when caught.

BingX is refusing to let me withdraw my APES tokens. Their support sent me a screenshot proving the price is $0.067 (Raydium pool), but in text, they claim it's worth $0.00001 to avoid paying out my $353. This is a direct financial manipulation. My balance is 5,414 APES, and they set a withdrawal fee of 8,130 APES (which only makes sense at the high price). I have all the screenshots of this fraud. RESOLVE Ticket #1018210 immediately.

UPDATE after BingX response: The official reply from BingX here on Trustpilot promises an investigation, but their email support (Ticket #1018210) is still trying to cheat me using fake prices.

The Truth: > 1. BingX claims my APES tokens are worth $0.00001.
2. BUT their own withdrawal fee is 8,130 APES. At their fake price, this fee should be $0.14. However, the system blocks the withdrawal because it knows the REAL price is $0.067, making the fee worth $540+.

They are using a high price for fees and a low price for my balance to steal $353 from me. I will not delete this review until I receive a 353 USDT credit as promised by the 'priority investigation'.

Update: BingX support is now sending me screenshots that prove my point! Their latest email shows a $7.9 million liquidity pool with a price of $0.067, yet the agent tells me the price is $0.00001. They are literally looking at the truth and lying to my face. This is documented fraud.

Update: BingX continues to ignore their own evidence. They see a $7.9M pool but tell me the price is near zero to steal my $350. Total fraud.

BINGX ADMITS FRAUD: Agent Jimmy refused to answer a simple math question. BingX claims the token price is $0.000017, meaning my withdrawal fee (8,130 APES) should be $0.14. BUT THEY BLOCK THE WITHDRAWAL because they internally value the same tokens at $0.067 ($540 fee). They are intentionally using a fake low price to steal my balance and a real high price to prevent me from leaving. Absolute scam.

My experience with BingX (SCAM) has been extremely disappointing and concerning.

My USDT funds have been frozen for more than eight months. I have fully completed all KYC requirements, including multiple live video verifications and submission of all requested documents. I cooperated fully and responded promptly every time additional information was requested.

A few months ago, I was explicitly told that the issue would certainly be resolved within six months. That deadline has now passed, and nothing has been resolved. I still do not have access to my funds, and no clear legal or regulatory explanation has been provided.

Eight months of withholding customer funds without transparency is unacceptable.

At this point, I have lost trust in the platform. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with filing a criminal complaint in Germany and pursuing legal action under applicable European law.

I strongly advise others to carefully consider the risks before depositing significant funds on this platform.

Good customer service but strict rules

I began using this platform primarily for its copy trading service, starting with an initial capital of $600. Within a matter of days, my account balance grew to approximately $3,000, which demonstrated the strong potential of the strategy providers available on the platform.
However, one of the accounts I was copying triggered the platform’s risk management policy due to a breach of trading rules. As a result, my account was temporarily locked for one week. Naturally, I was concerned about potentially losing the profits generated during that period.
After contacting support, I was asked to provide video verification and proof of residency. Once I submitted the required documentation, the compliance team reviewed my case promptly and reactivated my account. I was then able to withdraw my profits without further complications. The resolution process, while stressful, was ultimately handled in a professional and transparent manner.
Overall, my experience has been positive. I would rate the platform 4 out of 5. It would earn a full 5 out of 5 if stricter oversight were implemented for strategy providers offering copy trading services. Ensuring that these accounts adhere to disciplined risk management practices and avoid overtrading would protect followers from unnecessary exposure and prevent disruptions such as account restrictions.
Despite the temporary setback, the platform demonstrated fairness and operational integrity in resolving the issue.

Wrongful Liquidation – BingX System Canceled My Hedge Order

BingX automatically canceled my valid hedge trigger order with the reason “automatically canceled by the system to reduce position risk.”

This order was placed to protect my long position. Because the system canceled it without my consent, my hedge failed and my long position was liquidated, causing financial loss.

I have screenshots clearly proving system-side cancellation and losses.

This is wrongful liquidation due to a risk control/system failure. Support has not resolved the issue yet. Posting this for awareness and expecting a fair investigation.

Bingx is the worst experience i ever…

Bingx is the worst experience i ever had with a CEX customer service .
I had a withdrawal of 40000$ from bingx to external platform , unfortunately they refunded the full amount back to BINGX .
After that i submitted the relevant form of "Refund back to bingx from external platform" , it took them 18 fuckig days to review it and they rejected .
Reason : we can't check the EML file you sent (this cex is so stupid that it asks the .EML file as proof :))) )
Sent them many times and even recorded videoes , not solved yet .
