Hello. Had a bad experience ever in my life. I thought if exchange gives to someone status of “Partners” they should understand what this guy doing, but it came up that anybody can get it and scam people. I had in contaxt with a guy who is a partner and had his own partnership program with them. But when I fell asleep, this guy texted to my gf (who doesn’t understand anything in crypto) and force her to open future contract on a scam tocken. Later after this this tocken was regged and i lost around 11k usd. Support tells me that i should contact another department regarding this, but nobody can take any membership from him or take this case to seriously. I need a number of your regulator, because i have a lot of proofs regarding this guy and how the platfrom is working. Basically, I understood one thing: you can get status of the partner and make a trust with people and scamming them and getting commission. I will do the same for sure. Thanks bingx, keep working that way.

I was using the BingX API for automated trading and never violated any rules. Out of nowhere, I received a message saying my account was restricted due to “anomalous activity.” Support refused to provide any clear explanation, hiding behind vague internal policies. It felt like an automatic ban with no real way to appeal. Their responses were generic, copy-paste replies with zero actual help.

Lack of Volume Data on Trading View

Have used Bingx for several months and found it good to use BUT Why on Trading View is there no volume for BTCUDT and ETHUSDT Perp Contracts since 16 July. Trading View say this is a problem with data supplied by Bingx, Bingx say there was a software update back in March 2025, but dont even acknowledge there is no volume showing on the trading view charts. One suggestion put to me was this lack of Volume display could be to cover a liquidity issue on the exchange. Bingx, can you please fix this lack of volume on the Trading View charts

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Appeals process faulty. Have tried to seek resolution multiple times for a P2P transaction which received less for. Bing X provided advise on withdrawal, then did not mention exchange fluctuation. I tried to cancel and the seller/bing x refused. Seeking compensation from both parties, but hopeless.

They froze my account without reason, ignored all documents, and keep sending robotic replies – UID: 32166307

Review Body:
I deposited tokens, sold them through the platform, and attempted to withdraw USDT. That’s it. I never used any bonus, didn’t perform any abnormal trades, and followed every rule.

Here’s exactly what I did:
✔️ I made a single token deposit
✔️ I sold those same tokens on the platform
✔️ Then I tried to withdraw the resulting USDT
❌ I did not deposit any other token
❌ I did not buy any tokens from the platform
❌ I did not make any withdrawal — not even my original deposit

Despite this, my account was suddenly frozen. I was told I violated the Terms of Service — but till now, they haven’t told me what rule I supposedly broke.

I submitted everything they asked for:
✔️ ID card
✔️ Proof of address
✔️ Employment letter
✔️ Source of funds
✔️ Deposit screenshots
✔️ Even a video verification holding my ID

Still, I received the same generic copy-paste response THREE times, claiming my “principal has been returned” — which is false. I have received nothing. No transaction ID, no wallet address, no proof.

This platform hides behind automated replies and ignores real issues. It feels like a systematic way to lock funds without explanation.

I’m posting this to warn others. Be very careful before trusting them with your money.

Absolutely Do NOT Use This Exchange! Worst Experience Ever!

DO NOT USE BINGX – Total Scam Behavior!
This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any crypto exchange.

On July 21, 2025, I completed KYC verification successfully on BingX.
I deposited my tokens and started trading — everything was fine until suddenly, my account was suspended without any warning.

I submitted all required documents immediately, yet my account has been frozen for 9 days now with no resolution in sight.

Their so-called “live support” is a joke. I keep getting copy-paste, automated replies saying things like “under review by our specialists,” or “should be resolved in 1-2 hours,” or “within 1-3 days.”
It’s been 9 days! How long does it take to “review” a fully verified account?

This is clearly a stall tactic. They are wasting my time, blocking my funds, and offering no real support whatsoever.
Even after submitting every single document, they keep sending robotic responses. It feels like a scam at this point.

My funds are locked. I can't withdraw, I can't trade I’m basically blocked out of my own money.
This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

BingX has proven to be irresponsible, untrustworthy, and incompetent.

Stuck for weeks – no SMS, no real support

I’ve been trying to restore access to my BingX account for over two weeks. The SMS code doesn’t arrive on my Belgian number, and support does nothing useful.

I sent them everything they asked for:

Login proof video

Handwritten note with date

Transaction hash

They rejected it with vague reasons ("wrong date", "video doesn’t show enough") even though I followed all their rules.

I can’t re-record the video easily due to health issues. They just keep telling me to repeat the process, ignoring that the SMS will NEVER arrive on a Belgian number.

The reset form doesn’t even allow explaining that!

I’m locked out of my funds, and they’re just "reviewing" endlessly. No real help.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with how the recent CandyBomb event involving the ($PUMP) token was handled on your platform.

🔹 Here's exactly what happened:

I participated in the CandyBomb campaign as instructed.

I completed a spot trade with $75 volume, buying and selling Bitcoin — fully meeting the "1 ticket = $50 volume" condition.

However, I was disqualified from receiving any rewards.

After contacting support, I was told I had to "hold the token for at least 2 minutes" before selling in order for the trade to count.

🔹 This is completely unacceptable for several reasons:

1. Nowhere in the official CandyBomb event page or trading instructions was this rule clearly stated.

2. This "2-minute holding period" is a hidden platform rule, not part of the campaign’s public criteria.

3. I was not given a second opportunity to complete the trade correctly, even though the issue was caused by lack of clarity from BingX, not user error.

4. On other exchanges, trading campaigns do not enforce such obscure conditions. If it's a rule, it should be clearly written in the event page, not buried in platform policy or revealed after a user fails.

🔹 Result:

I completed the task, followed the event instructions, and lost time, trading fees, and opportunity.

I received no compensation, no warning, and no chance to try again.

This experience reflects poor communication and bad faith in organizing user-facing events.

1. A manual review of my case.

2. A fair reward or at least a consolation bonus/voucher for participating.
