How do they not ship to cali but are based there and weed is completely legal here it doesnt make sense lol wth

The products aren’t that strong and the shipping is trash! This company used to be good years ago. I will be looking for another business to start shopping from.

Binoid has nothing but glowing recs on their site, but it's very misleading because their customer service is SO bad. They mark the orders "complete" on their end when they hand it off to USPS- what company would literally not care at all if you actually receive their products? My current order was placed about 3 weeks ago and I had to place a missing mail request for the third time with this company. No offers of a discount, no apology, just no contact. Also, their products are inconsistent and it's impossible to tell what's exactly in them. Edit to add: The defensive response they posted supports why they have so many complaints. The chat exists but the people do not resolve the issues at all, and clearly aren't empowered to make things right for customers. The response is "keep waiting for a few more days and if you don't get it, file a usps complaint." What? If you use usps, you're accountable for what happens when they have issues. I won't be ordering these products again.

scam company, I ordered off one of their "strongest gummy ever" ads as a first time user and it doesn't do crap. After opening the bottle they wont let you return. The large mg is almost ALL cbd and non pyschoactive. They are misrepresenting their company and will scam you.

I initially thought their customer service was helpful...those few times I have been able to speak with people. My issue with Binoid is that they disabled my account not once, not twice but three times now. I think they got a little upset the fact the promo codes I was using were completely valid and I used them appropriately. They screwed up so long for allowing the 50% code to be used ao many times. I call they have no clue other than my accounts are disabled...blah send an email to their customer care team..blah...I've written them over 5 times asking why my account will not be allowed to be reopened and they refuse to respond over a month now. I changed companies and am much happier anyway. This new company treats their Veterans like family and provides the same discount/promo as Binoid, but they don't treat their customers like TRASH like Binoid does.

No customer service, no one responds. The product in the past was so bad and they have no idea what is going on. Moonrocks were a melted, liquid glob, vape pens clog and leak terribly, everything appears to be Chinese or just bad quality. So, I try to order Flower instead and they won't process an order, won't communicate, it's like dealing with children. Highly suggest you use ANYONE ELSE. No legitimate mature, adult business conducts themselves like this.

I thought the reviews here about your order just sitting there after the label was printed were just haters. Well, my order is just sitting there with the label printed now for 3 days with nothing shipped. I honestly have just written this order off and moved on. I was excited because they have a ton of products and seemed like a great company. There are tons of other companies to try, so I'll do that. All I can say is, believe what you read. This company does suck at least at shipping out orders. If I ever get my order, it will be interesting to see if there product is any good.

Their gummies are a complete WASTE OF MONEY! Tremendously disappointed! Buy something else!!!!

In less than a week it started leaking and I could only get CS to cancel my subscription.

The customer service! I ordered 2x 7000mg gummies on special, without checking the COA, my mistake. They effect was less than anticipated, due to many possible factors, when i contacted customer service (Giua), she gave me details, showed concern and advised of unopened return policy. Professional, prompt and polite-resolved all issues.

Odered a couple things, i was looking on reddit and a lot of people were complaining about having to cancel the order cus they dont ship international.
Why did it let me put my address and let me buy products.
They need to update there address in system because if they dont offer international at the moment theres some false averting and it seems a bit of a scam
I also asked the live chat the person confirmed that they dont ship international (ATM)

Avoid Binoid at all costs. I purchased a “Pressure LA 6 Gram Vape” Which was advertised only to have THCA, THCP, and CBC - Guess what? I pulled up the labs
(Yes should have done before order) The labs clearly show that the product is 80% Delta 8 and almost no THCA.

So I paid 53 bucks, for a 6-gram cart - That was advertised as THCA and nowhere in the description, title or comments say it has Delta 8.

By the way, I can confirm that Binoid only posts fake reviews. I’m guessing if you submit a positive review, it’ll go up - But I left a negative review with pictures, and guess what? After verification of identity
(Said it’s confirmed) But the review never showed up. I tried again on a different account, still the review did not get posted. I called customer support out, and they had no comment on the whole “Not posting reviews” Instead, they tried to gaslight me - Saying it was my fault - Well looks like it wasn’t because they sent a different vape out as a replacement - A Binoid 5 Gram THCA, HHC-B and CBC - It arrived with at minimum 1.5 grams of distillate
Being on the very bottom of the packaging, it had leaked. It was completely covered in distillate - had to clean with 90% Alcohol. Sadly the vape was clogged up like crazy - so I spent a few hours unclogging it… And I feel nothing.

The labs on the 5 gram cart don’t show any delta 8, but it tastes like delta 8 to me and I’ve tried a ton of delta 8 products. Since I can’t post my review on their site, I’m putting this up.

After I get my final replacement, I’m looking for a different website for this sort of thing - You cannot trust these guys, you really can’t. AVOID

DO NOT ORDER ANY CARTS FROM THIS WEBSITE FOR YOUR SAFETY, THE CARTS ARE TERRIBLE AND ARE NOT WORTH IT.

It's been awhile since I've ordered and came across them again. Then I realized I had ordered 1 time before. Thcp grape flower is what I ordered. They were very slow in shipping my order. They claimed that USPS was the reason. Funny out of all things I received through USPS I NEVER had to wait so long. Made me think that maybe they only obtain the product after you've ordered. The grape flower thcp. Was a total disappointment. I got fooled by their fancy packaging and website. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, received confirmation of order and a whole bunch of advertising on email. Followed up with them and turns out they have banned international shipping.
They did reimburse me but the fact I had to follow up to find out they'd banned shipping is ludicrous

Binoid/Bloomz is what I would call a reputable and honest company. In the past I ordered 2 Minnesota fire THCa 2 gram disposable vapes.
Grape soda and Blueberry.
My order had never showed up. I contacted him and they sent out two more of the same Vapes. $70 worth of products. That in itself will always make me a forever Binoid/Bloomz customer and friend for life. I will even go as far as to recommend that you place an order with Binoid today! They already have amazing prices with everyday sales and if you subscribe to get updates and new product drops you also get a percentage off not only once but all the time in your inbox they will send you specials with discount codes.

Ordered more than a week ago and post office is at pre shipment for over 8 days. They still did not respond to my emails and said it left over a week ago. They seem to not care of don't know how to run a smooth business. As customers we pay your bills because without us you wouldn't exist
