Ich werde nie mehr etwas auf bio-apo.ch bestellen! Mir wurde die falsche Ware geliefert und danach behauptet, ich hätte die richtige Ware bekommen. Nach langem Hin und Her anerbot man mir, dass ich die Ware zurücksenden könne. Das habe ich gemacht, aber bis heute keine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises bekommen. So etwas habe ich bisher mit keinem online Shop erlebt. Daher Hände weg von diesem Web-Shop!

Grenzt für mich an Betrug
Es grenzt für mich hier schon fast an Betrug. Wollte etwas bestellen. Zuerst wird einem nur ein tiefer Preis angezeigt. Der Bestellprozess ist in 6 Schritten aufgebaut. Nach dem man die Bezahlmethode angegeben hat, wird im letzten Schritt dann der Preis erhöht. (Bei mir von 40 auf 50 CHF) Dies ist jedoch auch nur ersichtlich, wenn man ganz nach unten scrollt.
Für mich ist solch eine Geschäftspraxis einfach nur Pfui!
