Bad experience with the customer service!
I have my package stuck in another country since 25 days now, and I've opened a request to ask help to the customer service since 3 weeks now.
The only thing they continue to repeat is that they are waiting for the final updates from the shipping provider and that I have to fill a module to ask to open an investigation to understand where's my package.
I'm super disappointed, it's not the first time that I order from this website and I've never had issues, but the customer service needs improvements to be really efficient and even the selection of good shipping providers needs to be improved.
I will probably ask for a refund and not sure if I will order again with them after this bad experience.
