The current recommendations are designed to re-balance the microbes that are not in the ideal ranges, but yes, we are working on adding more recommendations and more thoroughly referencing the research behind the recommendations. In terms of pricing, hopefully we will be in position to drop the price in the future! In terms of why the imbalance is there in the first place, this is down to a variety of factors, and we cannot determine the root cause from the test. i looked into this for you and we sent you an email on Tuesday 15th Nov - can you please check your emails? The status of your sample in the system was also changed "Follow-up email sent"

Dear Berlin, I'm really sorry for the poor experience you've had with us! This is really not how we treat our customers and something went very wrong here. I did some investigations and I was able to find the email that we sent to you after we hadn't received your sample a few weeks after you registered the kit. However, I cannot find the reply from you! I checked our chat as well as email and also both spam folders and found nothing. I will issue your refund now and I will also send you a replacement kit! I am really extremely sorry for what happened here. Please in future, reach out again in case it's some sort of technology failure. Perhaps the reply is stuck in your outbox? We definitely do not ignore our customers! Also, lost returns with Royal mail is uncommon and we are very sorry this happened to you. I hope you will bear with us and give us another chance and that our service will help you. Apologies again!

Dear Candice,
I'm very sorry for the poor experience you've had with us. I investigated and I can see that your results were published this morning. Perhaps our email to you ended up in your spam folder? Could you please login to your account and let us know if you have any issues accessing your results?
Also, in terms of the long delay. We were in touch last week to communicate that there was a 1 week delay due to a lab batch failure, which is highly unusual. The usual timescale is 1-2 weeks, in your case it was 3 weeks, so it was just 1 week extra. The sample processing takes a full week from Monday to Friday and if it arrives by the Tuesday (which is what happened in your case), it will not start processing until the following Monday. Apologies again for the delay!
