I bought a keyboard tray, it fits perfectly and looks really nice and clean on my desk. The guy was super helpful and answered my questions about measurements very quickly. Great design, great materials, and fast customer support. Thanks, dude!
Very weird situation.
An order was placed and paid with the information from my mother credit card. She hasn't visited the Bionic site but other e-commerce platforms, so we could not understand how the order started.
Nevertheless an item was delivered after 2 months from the moment the money was taken from the card (200 euros charged on the credit card)
Upon contacting the company they first said that if we sent back the item we would have got a reimbursement. We did that at our own cost but they kept both the money and the item. Claming that there was a scratch on an aluminum case.
Note that we have pointed out with photogaphic proof that the scratch was there upon arrival and also that the packaging was terrible, a carboard box with some bubble wrap, no label mentioning "fragile item inside" and no protective polystyrene packaging.
So overall I'm not sure if this is a scam company or a very bad one. But probably an onest company would at least have offered a partial reimbursement.
Clearly avoid it as possible (if you can).

Have ordered more than 4 months ago and yet to receive my product. Regular emails giving vague information about processing some remaining backlog (for months now). Many other users with similar experiences, found many (now deleted) comments on social channels. Poor communication, rarely receive a response to my emails. Best to avoid.

I feel like I'm some kind of time loop where I keep receiving the same type of message over and over. I've received similar messages promising ' immidiate resolve ' months ago on social media and email. From an email in December last year:
We are currently closed until 12 January. As soon as we reopen, your monitor stand will be completed and shipped securely and promptly.
Another email from end of Jan this year:
We did our best to dispatch all orders before closing for the holidays, however we were not able to get everything out in time. We reopened last week and are currently processing all pending orders. Your order is in the queue and will be dispatched very soon.
We're April now, possible to get some concrete information or just ship the product?
I've also received a variety of reasons: remaining backlog, longer production time and now stock delays. Which one is it?
I also know for a fact some of the comments you deleted aren't resolved, one of the guys messaged me personally.
