I purchased Bionix Wallpaper last year…

I purchased Bionix Wallpaper last year. It had a few problems involving the screens occassionally going pink and it crashed an awful lot (three or four times a day at most) requiring it to be restarted, but overall it seemed ok. A week ago Bionix requested that I update the software via their onboard 'news' link. I followed all the instructions and it just reset Bionix to the trial period again and removed a lot of functionality. When I contacted their customer support staff they ignored what I had to say and refused to assist me. Even when I provided them with PROOF OF PURCHASE from my bank they continued to refuse any assistance and indicated that I would need to buy the software again. My last two contacts were totally ignored. Terrible customer service. As I have not recieved what I paid for I now consider this software to be a waste of money. Do not purchase it because they will not help you when it fails. Today I checked out the reviews of the software on download.com and discovered that a lot of the five star reviews are clearly made by the developer or people attached to the developer. Multiple reviews over a short time with little said. One is just "qqqqqqqq" in each line and five stars. BEWARE! If this developer uses these kinds of tactics then they should be avoided like the plague. You might be loading Malware onto your computer.

Best in the Business

The company has reached out to me and have resolved the issue of my original review, this product is top notch and is one of the most versatile wallpaper changers that doesn't lock you into an ecosystem. I would recommend it to anyone seeking an easy way to do auto wallpaper changes.
