Fraud company

Ridiculous, never received my order, wont give me a refund and now they say the order was delivered with no proof of delivery!!

My thumb joint pain—in both thumbs/-has greatly diminished in just one week of taking your Turmeric. No more shots for me, after 3 years of needing them every 3 months.

Despicable Company !

I have only given this company a one star review as that is the lowest rating I’m able to give on this website,
This must be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, I placed my first order which arrived and should have contained three bottles of Turmeric capsules, it only contained two, I was offered a 25% refund which I declined, since when did one third of an order equate to 25%?
THIS PRODUCT DID NOT WORK!!
Then a few weeks later I noticed a payment from my bank for a further order which I hadn’t placed, I contacted them and they promised a refund, and the order would be cancelled, then I received an email saying my order had been processed, I contacted them again and they said they wouldn’t refund me until I returned the product and they had received it, the order has arrived and again it’s one bottle short,
DO NOT buy anything or give this company your bank details as they are just scamming people.

It may be that there has been a misunderstanding, particularly regarding the missing items in your order. If part of your order was not received, we would absolutely like to look into this thoroughly, as it may be an error on our side. In such cases, we always offer the option of either a replacement or a refund once the issue has been verified.

Regarding the subscription option, this is presented at checkout alongside the Add to Cart section, clearly labelled as “Save 20% with automatic refills – Shipped every month. No commitment. Cancel anytime.” This is designed to make it clear when a subscription is being selected. The subscription can be fully managed by the customer at any time through the customer portal, accessible via the “Manage Subscription” tab at the top of the website. From there, customers can update, pause, or cancel their subscription, and once cancelled, no further orders are processed or sent.

To clarify as well, the subscription does not involve any additional charges beyond the product itself, it simply sets the order to automatically repeat on a monthly basis, and this is also referenced on the website for transparency.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and confusion caused and would really appreciate the opportunity to properly investigate both your delivery and billing concerns so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

The delivery time for my turmeric order…

The delivery time for my turmeric order is inordinately long. I expected the delivery around 2nd April and the tracking now shows the flight is only ‘expected’ to leave on the 11th so delivery in total is going to be around one month. Unacceptable. I won’t be reordering.
Updated 16/4/26. It’s now more than 5 weeks, no delivery and no responses to my requests for a refund. Very disappointed…..

I never received my first shipment and now they have used my visa without my permission and charged me for another purchase???
They refuse to refund me and are playing games!
Reporting them to police fraud dept in my city.

Selecting this option enrolls the order into a subscription service, which schedules monthly shipments of the same product. This is not an extra charge, but a continuation of the original order at the selected interval.

It arrived relatively quickly

It arrived relatively quickly. I’ve been taking it consistently as directed and so far so good. I seem to have a lessening of discomfort but it’s early yet. Hopefully it’s not a placebo effect.

Default subscription you cant cancel!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and still not received it. Contacted bioroots who emailed to say order had been dispatched.
When I looked at the order I noticed id been subscribed for monthly payments of £95 per month!!!! I definitely was not aware of ever subscribing!!! Especially when I haven't even had the chance to try the turmeric tablets ( for which I'm still waiting to receive)!
Company wont refund me even though I've emailed to say I no longer want the product.
Company gives no option to cancel subscription either.
I therefore emailed them to cancel my subscription, more than once, and they havent bothered to reply!
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENTLY TAKING MONEY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS PEOPLE DONT WANT. THEIR SITE IS DESIGNED NOT TO OFFER THE OPTION TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS!
I want this to ve a warning to any potential customers out there. Customer service is non existent. They just want yoyr money! Shop elsewhere is my advice.
I went onto the site to cancel my subscription only to find NO CANCELLATION OPTION!

1 week experience
