First purchase I waited weeks for…

First purchase I waited weeks for delivery. I accepted there are problems and was prepared to wait.
My second purchase I paid speedy delivery and am still waiting 3 weeks in.
I am inundated with emails telling me how busy they are with unexpected increase of orders and to be patient.

After the 1st delivery, on going attempts were made to extract additional payments for standing order supplies.

The product is good but the service is far from what it is made out to be. If I can find a similar product on the open market, I will be changing. Don’t know if I can be bothered with the service and spam follow up.

I could feel a difference in my pain level within the first week. Been taking store brand turmeric for a while with minimal results.

shorted two bottles of turmeric

ordered two orders of turmeric they asked at the end of order if I wanted to "add on" an extra bottle for $15, I did. Paid the $15 on each order but, they were not included with the order. I have left repeated messages and they wrote back to say they were included in my order. I replied back that they were not included. Now they will not answer and the phone is always busy. DO NOT do business with this company!

Wrong address !

I placed an order with this company 5th March, they posted my order to the wrong address, they won't refund me or send a new order. I have tried to engage with them multiple times, they either ignore me or say someone will contact me in the 48 hours...... They don't Do not use this company !!!!!!!

A little skeptical as heard it all before about other products but this actually helped me reduced aches and pains all over body caused by damaged spinal cords didn’t expect a miracle but definitely helped

I had a dispute with the company…

I had a dispute with the company regarding my subscription. They charged me for a shipment after the cancellation of my subscription and after a lengthy correspondence backwards and forwards they agreed to refund me. All that I would advise current or potential customers to make sure of the cancellation procedures and then you should not have any problems. Thank you.

I ordered turmeric on a one time…

I ordered turmeric on a one time purchase but have been signed on for a subscription. I now find I can’t take these capsules because of other medication I take so cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund. I was offered 25% refund and to keep the capsules. I was then told another shipment was on its way! Then another payment taken! I have been refunded one payment and was informed a further shipment is on the way with another payment taken.
I am now considering asking my bank to stop any further payments to this company.

Selecting this option enrolls the order into a monthly subscription for the same product. This subscription does not include any additional charges beyond the recurring monthly shipment of your original order.

Customers have full control over this and can manage or cancel their subscription at any time through the customer portal, which can be accessed by clicking the “Manage Subscription” tab at the top of our website. Once a subscription is cancelled, no future orders should be processed or shipped.

I'm so glad that I tried the turmeric

I'm so glad that I tried the turmeric, I still have a little pain in the mornings, but then I take the turmeric in the morning and within about an hour, my knee feels better. It's been only 30 days, so I wasn't expecting miracles, but thank you Bioroots for the great supplements.

I bought a ONE TIME PURCHASE now they…

I bought a ONE TIME PURCHASE now they are trying to charge my credit card for a subscription that I didn't sign up for .Told them 3 times this week to stop trying to charge my credit card, finally I had to contact my card company cancel my card and open a fraud case. Now I need to get a new card because of these idiot crooks. The customer service phone number 1 307 249 4062 is also a scam they have it set to ring busy no matter what time of day you phone all yu get is a busy signal. Also some idiot named Rosie if a real person is anyone guess the same identical message all 3 times with ZERO RESULTS. Lucky for me I cancelled my card before the charges went through while they were still pending and the credit card flagged them on their end . This out fit are nothing but CROOKS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND BE SCREWED OUT OF MONEY. THEY ARE CROOKS 😨😨😨

Avoid if you don't want an unauthorised subscription!

Both my wife and I have ordered products from this business.
We are both savvy about shopping online and how not to get caught out by subscription based purchases. Accordingly, we both ordered products based on a single purchase basis.
However, we were both automatically enrolled into subscriptions despite ordering a single purchase.
Products are fine but I would recommend to avoid this business due to these practices.
Looking at other reviews,this is a common practice!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Product ordered and payed for a month ago. Tracking has the item on a world wide adventure and it’s still not in the correct country. I have requested to cancel order and receive a refund….. have several e mails to say it’s being dealt with but no refund as yet.

I sincerely regret the delay and the confusion caused by the extended transit time. While we would absolutely prefer to issue an immediate refund for you, the shipment is still actively moving through the courier network. At this stage, even the courier is unable to redirect or return it to our warehouse.

That said, please know you are fully protected. As soon as the package reaches you, you are very welcome to refuse delivery or return it to us, and we will promptly process your full refund once it is received back on our end.
