Bought the Anemia Profile test. Filled the vial to the indicated line. Sent it back. Got a meaningless report with one marker analysed and the rest absent as apparently there was insufficient volume for testing. Not sure how sending them the amount they ask for isn’t enough but hey, who am I to argue??. Their advice? Buy another test. I should have used Medichecks as before who are prompt, helpful and good reporting. Wouldn’t recommend and regret wasting £50 on nothing but a bruised finger.

Edit - I have spoken to a helpful gentleman who called me after an email to them outlining the above points. He is sending me a retest at no charge.

Excellent service. I opted for the general health and lipid profile tests to supplement the service from my GP (this allows me to have additional tests plus greater frequency so that I can see the impact of lifestyle changes sooner). The packs were delivered promptly, with easy-to-follow instructions. I posted them back the same day and received full results plus an explanation of each test and advice on whether to contact my GP where they were out of the reference range. Very helpful and much appreciated!

The site for buying was nice and easy, the whole concept I loved the idea off, figured I may get some answers.

I chose the mental health test which was £199.99. I liked the fact they didn't have a strict return time frame which is why I didn't 1 star.

I tried extremely hard to fill the viles that where sent out and they were quite alot to fill from a finger even going by the instructions, I had to get help but i managed to fill one to the top off where it needed to be and the other to where the margins where but it wasn't easy.

The reason for my low review was the test didn't tell me anything really that I would understand and most off it said "Regret , sample haemolysed and insufficient for analysis" basically there wasn't enough blood which is fair enough but I figured with them being within they're margins it would have been enough.

I thought with selling to the general public with absolutely 0 medical or testing knowledge it would have been a bit more explained, ie your levels are this high for this reason but instead it was just alot of numbers that I had to sit and Google and still can't make head nor tails off it.

Personally I felt it was a waste off money but has potential for the future
