Love this company. I pretty much use their routine sets , grab one based on what I’m low on. These products work. I’ve always had sensitive skin, yet these products are so gentle while also being extremely effective. I have received so many compliments on skin, and have just felt more confident since using. I use the amino/aloe gentle cleanser followed by the copper peptide or peptide firming. I always use my algae under eye (magic). Then I have been using the vitamin c moisturizer (which brightens your face noticeable and quickly). At night I finish with the rose oil which has honors firm my five and helped with wrinkles. I do incorporate retinyl , but other than that I use the toner throughout day and always at end. I Just ordered the mineral sunscreen (a small bundle with toner and cleanser all full sizes-great deal) , so I am extremely excited to use it. Biossance has been an amazing company for my skin. I am not scared to try new things because I trust this company. Looking forward to next order, and if you’re in the dense- try a basic routine bundle / starter - try things like under eye and omega repair crème. Or their roller under eye which does wonders. And even just their toner does wonders alone! Grateful my family turned me on to biossance (which was because a sibling had pretty bad eczema, and this was xo politely ima for her). Solid company

Questionable experience this time
Ordering from the site was easy enough, as it always is. However, the discount for adding additional spending to the order was not added, I wasn’t given the opportunity to select my free full sized product and the complimentary product offered with my discount wasn’t added to my bag. Customer service chatting was challenging. Apparently the situation was escalated and I will be contacted in a day or two, but it took over 1/2 hour to get that determination.

customer Service chat was not helpful in resolving my issue from my order dated 4/14/26.
I was asked for a screenshot of the promotion I had expected to receive , which was no longer available the following day to send. The rep asked for so much information from me which was bewildering considering it has to be in your computer system. I did not receive 20% off the eye cream as the promotion listed. Very disappointing!

I love your products
I love your products. They are wonderful on my skin and using a clean formula is important to me. The only improvement I would suggest is to your website navigation. It would be great if it was easier to locate products quickly- like the shop all menu on the main page.

Disappointed to see that the SPF 30 formula has been phased out! Trying the new SPF 50, but you guys really need to sell it in larger sizes than 2 oz bottles! Sunscreen needs to come in larger quantities!
