Appalling customer service. Phone number goes straight to a mobile voicemail, form online filled in multiple times and no response, same for the email address too.

Product still not received even after waiting the delivery times stated.

So far I have not got any news of my order, and I got no reply to my email and phone calls.

I don't think it is actually going to come.

Company do not respond to emails and voice messages. Ask you to track your delivery but give no tracking details or number to do so. Also ask you to track via an app SHOP which does not show anything. Have repeatedly tried to ring, email with no response.

Items ordered arrived as described. Items arrived a week later than advertised. No update provided when items were dispatched. 2 emails reeived about providing a review before the item arrived.

These were advertised as silk pyjamas but they are not natural silk, or at least the silk content is so low as to be negligible. They feel like viscose, nylon or acrylic. Do not believe the adverts. I believe this may be false advertising

Do not be tempted by this pretty website. I spent £369 on a cabinet which I ordered on 19 June and never received. Multiple messages, mostly automated, failed phone calls and mostly unanswered emails later, I was no further forward. I made multiple requests to have my money refunded to no avail. Eventually my bank refunded me. Complete scam, I see from the reviews the positive reviews are from small low cost orders, seems they were delivered but for higher cost orders, people had the same experience as me.
Look at the companies dodgy history on Companies House.
It looks like the “company” is just a lock up.
I have reported to Trading Standards.
Do not order anything from here.

Just looking further down the reviews left and found one written by the so called ‘Company Director’ Rishu Goyal himself!!! Shows his ignorance and arrogance that he thinks he can use his own name and not be caught out! Makes you question how many good reviews here are genuine.
I see he is has a restaurant in India, probably funded by our stolen money…check out rishu_goyal on Instagram.

Item arrived (just) within the 5-10 day delivery period stated, in good condition, as expected.

I ordered. Sari dress on 17th Aug. No tracking updates. It is now 3nd Sept. No response to emails or call, and the dress was £50 in the sale. I'm going on holiday in 2 days and wanted to take the dress.

Never recieved item after payment 3 weeks later even after they claimed to have said it’s on its way and ignore all emails sent to them clearly a scam company as many people have pointed out on here having the bank try get money back BEWARE !!

Ordered small cupboard for wall. Arrived very badly packaged and 2 ceramic items shattered. Item took a long time to arrive and very little info given from seller Rishu Goyal. Eventually received 2 replacement items..one broken again and colours totally different to website. Having emailed numerous times with no response, I have now approached my bank to seek refund. Steer clear of this sham company.

I ordered and paid for my item which never arrived! Despite telephone calls and emails the company would not communicate. BEWARE!

Beautiful rug in gorgeous colours. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the threads pull a bit too easily and there are a couple of hard knots. Otherwise it’s perfect. My second rug and I’d definitely buy more.

I ignored reviews because i loved the cabinet. Totally gutted. No cabinet and no refund!

The cabinet we ordered arrived damaged (2 compacted/broken corners). Despite multiple emails, numerous attempted phone calls, the online chat on multiple occasions, the online webform, Etsy messaging (we bought through the website direct not Etsy) we have heard no response and are subsequently left with a damaged cabinet with no way of returning for a undamaged one. STRONGLY AVOID

Scam company, avoid!! I purchased a rug from them that has never arrived. They’ve provided a screenshot of their own sales software showing the rug marked as delivered but I never received any tracking details or notification of it being sent, or any actual proof of delivery. And now my emails are just being ignored. Absolute scammers!

Ordered a rug, had to chase to find out what had happened to it, they sent me shopping details. I had to keep tracking, the courier service they used, told me they’d been told to leave at my doorstep, like I’d told them!! I’d never do this, as I live on a busy road by a bus stop etc. The courier said to go back to the company, I’ve chased and asked for a replacement or refund and they’re now ignoring me. Don’t buy from them, they don’t have an official email address only gmail, I’d usually not purchase from a company without a business email!! What was I thinking!!
