Birch Hosting was recommended to me by a friend, being a total newbie to hosting and WordPress I was apprehensive. I didn't need to be!

Greg helped me choose the right package for my website, made sure it was pointing to the right place (URL) for me and set up WordPress for me.

18 months later and I have managed to break my site at least twice and bugged Greg on many occasions whilst building my little business. He is patient, kind and considerate. He doesn't talk down to you and explains my errors in plain English ;)

The hosting offers so much for your money too, I don't have to worry about security on my site as this is all handled at server side. I feel confident that my site is secure and being looked after and that Greg is part of my team.

It's not just a case of fixing my latest online disaster - Greg always takes the trouble to explain what I did to get into that position so I'll never do that any more, and what he's done to get me out of it again. A healing and a learning experience all at the same time.

Where to start! I thought I had a great deal and service with my previous hosting provider until we need their tech support for multiple key and crucial fixes to our business and found out that they simply didn't care. It's no surprise when a company is part of a bigger parent organisation. I decided it was time to move on.

I heard about Birch from a friend. When I saw the packages and price I realised I wasn't getting a good deal with my previous provider. Still being unsure still about Birch but having faith with my friend's recommendation, I decided to migrate everything. I can't believe how quick, efficient, friendly, welcome and most importantly knowledgeable Greg and his team are. I've never witnessed such amazing customer service in my life. These guys really care and go beyond providing instructions. In a couple of cases, they have literally fixed our issues when they shouldn't have too. We have a developer and he was thanking Greg for his quick super insight to rescuing us when our payment system went down and was effecting our business.

I can't ever image leaving Birch Hosting and if you are just starting out online, don't go anywhere else unless you want the headache of substandard customer service.

If you are looking for a Hosting company then look no further.
I have been a Reseller with Birch for over 8 years and would recommend them 200%.
They provide excellent value for money with fast servers that are not overloaded with loads of other sites so you will always have fast-loading websites. They also prioritise security and reliability and have many things in place to achieve that so it's one less thing for you to worry about for your clients.
However, the number one reason to use Greg and his team is for the absolutely fantastic support you get. Not just with a rapid and responsive Ticket system but also by phone. Greg makes it his mission to fathom out any occasional problems that may occur. Usually, these are caused by us or others, but he still fixes them and doesn't just block access or pass the buck to someone else, like many other Hosting companies.
This is where other hosting companies totally get it wrong with slow replies and support staff that are inadequately trained. I know, I have been there with several others, both small and large companies.
I also like that they are in the UK so are better and quicker (from both an SEO and speed basis) than overseas Hosters as most of my websites are UK based.
Definitely a big Thumbs Up.
If you are on the fence about them, just give them a go, I promise you will not regret your decision!
