I really don't know where to start with this review, I have come to rely on Greg and his team for their advice and support as part of my business in fact only this week they have saved myself and my Company a real nightmare before Christmas.

I manage a very busy independent news site, which had to re-brand in a matter of days this week, porting the whole site from one domain to another and I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without Greg's help. After speaking to him, he gave his time and considerable knowledge helping with the planning and working his magic at server level to make the transition as painless as possible.

This is just one instance of the support I have had over the last 3 years, since taking up a chance offer on social media. From day one I have had personal support unrivaled by any other hosting Company and Birch are now my go-to hosting solution for my premier clients (and most of my non premier ones as well).

I would say this, If your web design business is of any importance to you, you really need to speak to Birchhosting.

My life is much more relaxed knowing that Birch hosting is helping to secure my business for me and for my clients.

I really hope they continue their success in 2019 and far beyond.
As long as my Company exists then they will always have as much business as I can give them as I know my client are in safe hands..

We have used Birch Hosting since we set up our business in 2012, and we are very happy that we did. For those, like us, who don't have the right kind of brains to understand the 'technicalities' of websites, it is reassuring to know that helpful and friendly support is at hand. Nothing is ever too much trouble and every effort is made to sort arising issues out as speedily as possible, even if, as has been the case a few times, they are self-inflicted. On such occasions, advice is freely given as to how one might avoid such an issue arising again. Assuming Birch Hosting continue to offer the same high level of customer care, which we are sure they will, we will not ever move elsewhere. We know we won't get better and we have absolutely no reservations recommending them.

Had to move my reseller hosting business to Birch Hosting for the second time in a year thanks to being with two terrible hosting companies previously. I was apprehensive of making another wrong move and thoroughly researched for a better host for weeks on end until I finally found Birch that was perfect for my needs.

The level of support given during my migration over to them has been beyond superb delivered both via telephone and support tickets. In this industry telephone support is almost unheard of unless you pay extra but with Birch it is included. This sounds cliche but you can really tell Greg the business owner really does care about his business and his customers as this shines through in the attention to detail in the service and support he and his team provides.

I have been seriously stressed out over hosting problems with previous host for months and I can now finally rest easy and get on with my real web design work knowing my hosting customers are now in safe hands at Birch.

Birch isn't the cheapest host out there but also very far from expensive and the extra few quid is well worth what you get for your money in terms of quality of service in both hardware and software set up, no overloaded / crowded servers (like cheaper hosts do), fast network connections, low ping times and generally a fast, robust and solid hosting solution. But the support still blows me away even more so compared to my previous well known hosting companies.

If you want a fast, reliable host with rapid support response from a team that knows their business like the back of their hand these boys are the ones to go with.
