Delivered on time and well packed. Doesn’t go quite as far as anticipated - two and a half tubs for 9 panels, but we’re not too bothered as it covers well and we’re very pleased with the colour.

This is unusual as the product is 10 out of 10 every time I have used it. They were let down by delivery company who were due to deliver the van came but product not on van. Then they sent me a message saying customer not in. I the. Had to wait another 3 days and item came.
Would I use company again yes. They were let down by delivery company APC DELIVERY

Bird Brand - “Eco Spirit”
Bird Brand - “Eco Spirit”, white spirit replacement - It absolutely is not and does not do what it says on the tin - it is completely useless and is not a subsitute for anything other than water and the smallest amount of washing up liquid - Do not buy it it is shit and you can make your own for a fraction price and it would not be any worse.
I only gave you one star because it would not allow no stars.
1 - It is not Spirit
2 - It does not replace white spirit.
3 - It is water with a really small amount of fairy liquid.
4 - It is completely useless.
It should not be called Eco Spirit - Spirit is a volatile substance, often flammable, this is 99.9% water so it is neither, I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Blimey, that's not great! We do sell a fair bit nowadays. Sounds like proper White Spirit would have been better for you. It's definitely not for thinning paints, but tested as being effective for cleaning brushes and mopping up spillages. We're sorry that it's not worked for your purposes, and if you are minded to share the details (use, paint type etc) do please get in touch!

My experience with Bird brand was a positive one I was able very easily identify the product I required I felt price was very good and completive. I was able to easily purchase and pay no Issues. My order had been dispatched very quickly I was informed my paint had been sent and told of its arrival date. The tin of stain had been well and safely packed I have used some of the stain its very good Thanks for you professional service

Hi Russell, sorry for the low score! We delivered your drum on our own van as you are in our catchment each Friday. You ordered Friday 23rd May and we delivered to your site the following Friday 30th, so that is 5 days minus a 1 bank holiday that is 4 working days! I know you called to say you couldn't find the delivery (we got a signature), so maybe that is why you say 10 days! Perhaps it's unfair that we only receive 2 stars. Thanks anyhow!
Good communication
Good communication from ordering to delivery, packaged very well and correct product, which worked really well to remove mould from fence panels. The only negative is the postage was the same price as products ordered, which made it an expensive buy, but would use company again.

A good product but service was not…
A good product but service was not good…first order arrived damaged, the stain pot was split and leaked in the box,not well packaged,after complaining they sent out new ones but the communication was terrible, no personal emails,no name on the emails and no apologies for the damaged goods…like I say good product but customer service is shocking…..

Our online chat and telephone lines are always manned during office hours to sort anything out. I can see replacement buckets of silver birch paint were sent out as standard. I am sorry your experience wasn't as good as we'd all liked though! Thanks.
