I’ve been waiting for almost a month…

I’ve been waiting for almost a month for 3 shirts this is my first experience with this company I’ve made several efforts to reach out to the company with the provided email on the website I’ve got not response I ordered 5/5/21 and I received a shipped notification 5/11/21 it’s now 5/18/21 and still no items my USPS tracking number still says they haven’t received the items I’ll be starting the dispute process soon just want to warn everyone I can Birdclubclothing.com is very unprofessional and customer service is not there I’ll update if I receive my items ordered just to put you in perspective the site claims 5-7 business days to ship this seems untrue at this point
