Nick was what a customer service professional should be like. We went back and forth over email over the past week. His writing was clear and understandable, and his service was impeccable. My order was stolen because USPS is often too lazy to place packages in the secure lockers and stuff gets set out on the floor constantly. BirdieBoss replaced it in full, which I certainly was hopeful for, but had zero expectation. Now as to the quality, best looking head covers I’ve seen, and the “Straight Outta Bounds” towel is definitely quality material and has a carabiner on it already! When I need more obnoxiously funny golf swag, I’ll be buying it here.

I have way too many golf hats from various brands but Birdieboss hats fit the best for me. Not even close. We’re ready. I have pretty much every white hat in their lineup. 10/10 recommend

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars over the years on Birdie Boss products. I recieved 2 polos as a gift from my wife and they were a size too small. Birdie boss refused to exchange for a larger size - basically told us we’re out of luck. Shirts are still in their original packaging with tags - but that didn’t matter to them - or at least not to the AI robot “helping” us. Can’t talk with a real person and no phone number. Their products are expensive and they lost a customer now with their lack of customer service. I wasn’t asking for a refund, I was asking for an exchange. They would have lost no money by providing this extremely resonable service for their customer. I even offered to pay for the shipping. There’s better golf sites out there - avoid Birdie Boss. Golf is a growing and competitive sports apparel industry and they will drown quick with this lack of customer service. Buyers beware.

Ordered a mystery box and accidentally marked the wrong polo size. They were more than happier (and speedy) to get me the right sizes. Couldn’t be happier

In a day and age where Customer Service doesn’t exist I am incredibly impressed with the approach at Birdie boss. I messed up on my order and reached out nto really expecting a reply - instead I received top notch customer service quickly! It has been a pleasure shopping with businesses like yours!!! I made a purchase and I put the wrong address my order was placed at 11:30 pm and they got back to me immediately!!! That is not heard of nowadays they were very helpful and got it to the right address with in 20 minutes of me sending the email! This Brand is great overall great products and great customer service! I have personally seen there head covers in person from a friend and they are amazing quality at a very good price! I would recommend this brand if you are looking for a funny and good quality hard cover at a really good price. Nick from birde boss you are amazing!!!!

I purchased a few head covers for a birthday gift. When my order was delivered my package was stolen. I reached out to birdie boss to see if I could get a discount code to reorder. To my surprise they replaced my order at no additional charge. They truly went above and beyond. Also great quality on their products.

First off, I would like to say this is one of most genuine leather gloves with graphic designs I've found yet. I love the designs and prints. The quality of the print and glove is top notch. The only thing I noticed is the stitching needs to be looked at more carefully. The stitching on the "birdie boss" emblem is already coming apart after one round of play. Otherwise, I love these gloves! I am going to be buying many more!! I would love to see some cool collabs like mor Happy Gilmore, Caddy Shack, Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Team USA/Europe, top players country flags. I would love to see more shades of blue and pink! The glove also upheld through the whole round without staining the white palm of the glove. I'm definitely going to be buying many more! I gave 5 stars but the stitching really needs to be addressed!

Awesome headcovers for super cheap! The material is high quality and looks exactly as advertised. Plus I had a problem in shipment and received more than I ordered and they asked me to keep it in support. 5/5 product and customer service!

Nick and the customer service reps over at birdie boss always take care of you no matter what the issue! I’ve been ordering merch from BB over the past couple years, there has never been any major issues with any of their products but example there was an issue with an item recently so I reached out to them and my issues was handled promptly and to my satisfaction!!!

My 1st hat was ordered, paid for and showed up like 2-3 days later! It was quick. Unfortunately, the hat was damaged. I emailed the Support Team and within 24 hours they already had a new hat in the mail, hassle free! I was happy with this experience. Hat is sick looking as well!
