First, the product options are great! I was looking for matching hats for our women's golf league and found the cutest ones.
Second, their 2 for $49 sale was insane so I scooped up four matching hats (super easy check out). Then after paying, I ran into a little frustration about delivery because the date kept getting pushed back. I emailed customer service after the date was changed the second time and they not only offered to reach out to the carrier for the accurate status, but they also gave me a partial refund. The hats arrived and the quality is impeccable, the colors are vibrant, and I can not recommend them enough!

Great Products and Customer Service
I purchased a collection of shirts, driver covers and ball markers for myself and to support a local charity that supports our local high school golf team.
The driver covers and ball markers were high quality and will add a bit of fun to everyone's golf game. One of the two shirts went out of stock after I made my purchase. Customer service were very supportive and we worked out a very favorable response.
Overall, it was a great retail experience. It was so good, I just ordered another almost $350 worth of other Birdieboss items for our group.

Ordered a birthday gift from Birdie Boss- everything was perfect! My order came quickly and correctly. It was for a Happy Gilmore lover, and I got a free hat and ball marker with it- the team at Birdie Boss went above and beyond and included Happy Gilmore themed extras for me as well!! Absolutely loved the fit on the shirts. The shirt was perfect fit on my body and had a little stretch due to the material. Very good and high quality material. The glove just felt good on my hand. I truly like all the designs.

Nick from customer service was useful and friendly around helping with ball markers that got lost in transport! Love them!

The worst way to ship a hat. They put it in a plastic bag and ship it out. No protection at all. What a joke. They won’t even let you leave a review on their website. Wont buy from them ever again.

I recently picked up the Straight Bombs headcover from Birdie Boss, and it absolutely delivers. The design is bold, fun, and definitely gets attention on the course. It fits my driver perfectly — snug but easy to take on and off. The material feels high-quality and durable, and the stitching is solid. I have ordered a few hats from here now and have had a great experience every time. They have all shipped and arrived in a timely manner and the fit of the hats is great. I have a hard time finding has that fit well since I have a big head and tend to be between sizes but their hats fit great. would definitely recommend.

I've had some issues with some of the gloves, but honestly Nick from birdie boss understands customer service, and he's the reason I will continue to keep buying from them. Sometimes stuff happens, I had a glove that ripped on the first day and one glove that left a blue mark on my hand, but they have always responded to my emails and replaced the product at not cost to myself. The gloves are honestly fantastic, they fit great with a good grip and look pretty damn cool, I've gotten my friends to start buying them as well. Over all great company, customer service, and great product. Hats off to Nick and birdie boss.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I would’ve found these reviews prior to writing this. I had the exact same problem that most had with saying that the package was out for delivery and waiting two weeks to find out the package was never even shipped but showed return to sender. Did get in contact with the company and they stated that my package was returned to them, but they would gladly replace the order. In the same breath telling me that two of my items are out of stock which show they were in stock on their website still. Classic bait and switch tactics and who knows if I’ll even receive anything from them at this point. I ordered my initial package almost a month ago and still have not received anything from them.

Held my order for almost a week before shipping. Website lies about shipping partners used. Some shipping company I've never herd of(OSM??) has had my package 2 weeks now. Still haven't received.
