The Dr Foot Podiatry practice is the most caring, compassionate and conscientious medical professional group that I have ever had the good fortune to encounter and personally benefit from.

The practice employed a very kind and pleasant man by the name of Dr Hussain who treated my chronic foot condition with great expertise, patience and skill.

I brought my elderly mother to see him and her painful corns were treated swiftly. Dr Foot Podiatry were so respectful throughout the entire process!

I would 100% recommend Dr Foot Podiatry at the Custard Factory to all of my friends and family.

Honestly, I went for the surgery and my corns were not removed. My feet look pretty much the same. I was supposed to go back for him to remove the rest but I didn’t even bother

They have fake reviews on their website - saying that they have 1067 reviews with a 4.7/5 rating. Yet they don't state where these reviews are - they make it look like it's Trustpilot. They have a Google My Business account but it only has 291 reviews.
Pity, I was going to buy their insoles but now that I have proof of their dishonest practices, I will look elsewhere.

Dr Foot is the only podiatrist that I would ever use, he managed to fix my injured toenail with just one visit in order that I could go skiing the following week. Extremely friendly and really caring and very reassuring during any procedures I have seen him on 3 different occassions now and would not go elsewhere

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. I initially booked a consultation with Mr. Hussain, but due to miscommunication regarding the time difference, I was wrongly told that I was an hour late. Despite this, we proceeded with a very short consultation.

Since I was traveling from abroad and needed thorough information about the skin surgery procedure, I reached out to his assistant, Laura, to see if I could book another consultation. I was informed that only one free consultation was allowed, and I would need to pay for a second one, which I completely understood. Laura did offer to answer my questions via email, which I appreciated at first. However, her responses were brief and unprofessional. It was clear that she found my questions excessive, and she eventually refused to answer any more, insisting that I book another consultation.

My main concern was understanding why my first consultation was cut short when I wasn’t actually late. I even provided a screenshot of my booking to clarify the issue. Instead of addressing this, I was told that I was no longer welcome at the clinic and that they would not provide me with any services.

This experience was incredibly disheartening. I had been looking forward to getting this procedure done and thought I had found the right practitioner. However, in hindsight, I’m relieved that I didn’t travel to Birmingham just to be treated so unprofessionally. I will be looking for a more professional and respectful clinic elsewhere.

Would not recommend this place to anyone seeking proper care and customer service

I have never in my entire life wrote a Google review however today’s the day. I believe as a receptionist or the first point of contact you should have the basic customer service skills however in this clinic they clearly lack customer service or even how to speak to anyone. I was really really interested in speaking to Dr Hussein or even going for a video consultation. I was asked to fill out a form which I did at first however I didn’t add my phone number which to form didn’t ask me for I didn’t know I was asked earlier before however Laura decided to email me with attitude which is fine because two can play that game. I believe there is ways in those ways to speak to people. I then filled the form again with all my details for her then to reply to me and say there is no more consultations until 2022 so why on earth Laura did you ask me to fill out the details in the first place if there was no consultations why are you so eager? your asking me to fill out a form are you trying to waste my time on purpose are you upset because I didn’t fill out the form in the beginning? now automatically there is no appointments which one is it? The only lucky thing is that the clinic is in Birmingham because I promise you if it was in London or closer by I wouldn’t need to write this onGoogle review trust me on that. and what’s even sad is I’m looking at all the Google reviews and all negative ones ..it’s like you guys don’t even know how to answer them properly you’re still answering answering them with attitude that is this a clinic or school ? if a customer has complained or a potential customer take it on the head instead I’m looking at your comments you’re still fighting? weirdo

- Update now I've been banned and called strange, apparently guys I threw a tantrum. Sir if you was that busy I'm sure you wouldn't have time to be calling anyone strange. If you replied to my email maybe I wouldn't have wrote a review but because you saw the review you want to respond ? Handle your business without feelings mate take the response on the chin and call it a day xxx

I been a patient here for over 2yrs having moved from London. I found Dr Foot online and the service/treatment I received from day one to present is exceptional. I have received advice from wearing the correct footwear, have my corns removed every few months. Making an appointment is fuss free, always have a lot of options to choose from. I've found Dr Foot very accommodating if I'm unable to attend and need to reschedule. He is very polite, well spoken and has quite a number of years of experience. Has patients in London as well so travels. The location of the clinic is situated in vibrant Digbeth. I often have my corns removed followed by a bite to eat and cheeky drink on the doorstep. Many places to choose from for all ages. I highly recommend Dr Foot and his team.

I called today to make an appointment for my 89 year old mother having problems with her toe. The receptionist I spoke to said I would have to make the appointment on line, just out if curiosity I asked the question what would happen if I didn't have access to the internet, she said she would take my number and get someone to call me.
Soon after I got a call asking how they could help me, I explained my mother's problem and he said I would need to book online , I asked why he said that's the way we operate online only bookings.
I asked why even bother calling me when the receptionist passed my number on for someone to call me to book an appointment and now you are telling me to book online..
It might seem strange, but it is not everyone who have access to the internet.
I feel so sorry for all those people especially the elderly who have no one around to make appointment's via the internet including vunerable people out there who will no doubt suffer having no access online.
It's the manner of this man very matter of fact told me we can't help you it's just the way it is, rude arrogant and disrespectful.
And just because other companies use online booking it doesn't mean your company should follow. Be different and offer telephone consultations as Doctors do at the moment.

I refuse not to be able to have a choice in regards to booking an appointment. So sad your loss as I have managed to book via phone with another great company who does not treat customers as robots, you should learn from them and change your attitude as none of us are infallible we all expire at some point in our life....

Professional podiatrist of the highest calibre who was able to diagnose and treat my foot condition. I can highly recommend the clinic.
