Your order was placed on Friday, 9/24 and shipped out on Monday, 9/27. The tracking information says that delivery was attempted multiple times but the "customer was not available or the business was closed". You should have received automated tracking information for this order. Please reach out to FedEx to coordinate delivery and they can have them onsite ASAP. Our systems don't notify us when a delivery is not successful. They should be able to get you fixed up ASAP! Thanks!

From the beginning of my interaction with the website through the actual order. This company really cares and go out of their way to ensure you can tell. In my book, they're tops!! I had pre-sales questions and spoke to Janis, she did an excellent job of answering my questions throughly. 👏 Then there's Jeremy (co-owner), an awesome guy that cares deeply about the customer and the company.
