How BitBranding Helped Us Grow
Working with BitBranding has been worth every penny of both our time and our investment since day one. Before working with them, we were struggling with direction and systems, particularly around understanding growth through Meta ads. We knew there was real opportunity there, but we didn’t yet have a clear, cohesive framework for how everything connected or how to move forward with confidence.
BitBranding is exceptionally well-organized and incredibly thorough. The scope of what they teach is broad and practical, spanning everything from defining our exact customer, to computing AOV, to leveraging tools like Klaviyo and integral Shopify apps. The information they provide is extensive and genuinely useful—not filler—and they update their materials regularly so the guidance stays current and relevant.
Beyond that, the continued support is where they truly stand out. Alongside a comprehensive course that they continually expand and refine, they offer consistent, accessible help that supports real implementation, not just theory.
They were invaluable in helping us with website optimization, content creation strategies, and broader business strategy. Just as important, they bring deep industry knowledge and connections. We benefited from access to trusted vendors, reliable referrals, and, in some cases, discounted pricing through their network—saving us both time and money while avoiding costly missteps.
One of the most valuable aspects of working with BitBranding has been the number of “aha” moments we’ve had—often not even during one-on-one interactions, but during office hours while watching them help someone else. We were able to take insights from those conversations and apply them directly to our own business. That kind of shared learning has been unexpectedly impactful.
Since working with BitBranding and applying what they teach, our company has grown over 300%. That growth is directly tied to the systems, strategy, and guidance they provide. One particularly valuable update came when they identified the impact Andromeda was having on Meta advertising. They moved quickly to adjust their recommendations and guided everyone in the program through those changes, allowing us to adapt far more quickly and effectively than others we know who didn’t have that level of support.
The owners make it very clear that serving their clients is the priority. Their consistency is exemplary—scheduled office hours happen as promised, meetings are reliable, and support remains steady over time. That level of follow-through builds real trust and sets them apart in an industry where that consistency is rare.
We genuinely could not have gotten as far as we have without BitBranding. Our company would not be where it is today without them. Having experienced professionals with a clear process, up-to-date expertise, and a real commitment to client success has made a measurable difference in our business. I have recommended BitBranding to every ecommerce clothing brand owner I’ve met, and will continue to do so.

Aaron and BitBranding Are Amazing
Aaron and BitBranding Are Amazing! Aaron single handedly saved our brand from shutting it's doors during one of the worst years we've ever experienced. There are a ton of agencies out there but very very few seem to actually give a shxt like they do. Cannot recommend them enough

Speed to Execution Growth
Great Program for businesses that want to grow E-commerce Sales
My 2025 Results:

Great experience overall
Great experience overall. The Bitbranding team is full of genuinely good and altruistic people. Their weekly sessions are informative and a great place to ask questions. The one thing I think could be improved is separating the class into cohorts based on maturity. There's kind of an 80/20 rule where 20% of the class takes up 80% of the time with questions that arent relative to most people. Otherwise Cant recommend this service enough.

Blocked Refund, Overbilled and Misrepresented Program, Extreme Caution Advised
NO RESPONSE OR REFUND AS OF 5/10/2026 DESPITE MULTIPLE EMAILS
After requesting cancellation within hours of enrollment in the OSO program, and not using any services, BitBranding refused a refund. Only after the refund was repeatedly refused did I dispute one $2,667 installment with my bank. BitBranding contested the dispute. The bank initially credited the amount, then reversed it after BitBranding’s response. I appealed, and BitBranding contested again; the bank ultimately sided with them. During the initial dispute process, BitBranding did not reach out to offer a refund or resolution. I am now permanently out $2,667 for a service I did not use.
My first review was posted only after the bank ruled against me the first time. Only then did BitBranding begin contacting me repeatedly, requesting that I remove my review and asserting that a refund had always been their intention, despite having previously refused one in writing and despite contesting the chargeback with the bank.
I was later asked to enter into another agreement related to review removal in exchange for a refund, which I declined. I am willing to update or remove this review voluntarily once a full refund is completed.
From my perspective, requesting cancellation within hours, not using the service, and still being denied a refund is deeply concerning.
ORIGINAL:
I am sharing my personal experience with BitBranding so other business owners can make an informed decision before enrolling.
I enrolled in November 2025. Within approximately six hours, I realized the program was not a fit and requested cancellation immediately in writing. I provided a detailed written explanation at that time and repeated my request multiple times. I did not access, use, or participate in any services, onboarding, calls, or materials.
Despite this, my refund request was refused in writing. I was told that no refund could even be considered unless I agreed to a phone call.
I explicitly asked to handle the matter in writing for documentation purposes, yet the company would not process the cancellation without a call. Another written response reinforced this position:
“Regardless of whether you were in the program for 12 months or 12 minutes. Policy is policy.”
This is important context: the initial call was marketed as a consultative session to review my website and provide guidance. In reality, it functioned as a sales presentation. No meaningful or actionable guidance was provided. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that no one sign or pay during the first call.
After enrollment—and before using any services—it became clear that what was presented differed materially from what was discussed. Instead of personalized, hands-on marketing support, the program consisted primarily of pre-recorded modules and generalized strategy content. When I asked a specific question about Black Friday marketing, I was referred to a video/module, which was not the level of support represented during the sales conversation.
Pricing transparency was another major concern. I was billed $8,000 (in three installments). After this experience, I found public reviews from other customers reporting they were charged $6,000 for what appears to be the same program. At no point during the sales process was I informed of different tiers, pricing levels, or that I was purchasing a higher-priced version of the program. This raised serious concerns about pricing consistency and disclosure. The company also refused to cancel future installment payments, which forced me to take additional steps to protect myself financially.
Only afterward did I discover multiple public reviews describing similar issues: difficulty canceling, pressure to stay enrolled, and services not aligning with expectations set during sales calls.
From my perspective, the way this situation was handled raises serious questions. This company positions itself as helping brands grow and succeed, yet when a customer attempts to cancel within hours—without using the service—the response did not reflect flexibility, transparency, or customer-first thinking. That disconnect alone should give prospective clients pause.
Strong advice for anyone considering BitBranding:
Do not sign or pay during the first call
Request the full contract in advance
Ask for temporary access (1–3 days) to review all course content before committing
Require a clear, unconditional refund policy
Confirm pricing consistency before payment
This review reflects my personal experience and opinion only. Others may have had different outcomes. I wish I had seen a review like this before enrolling. Please proceed with extreme caution and demand full transparency before committing any funds.

What they promised was different than program offered.
What was promised on the sales call was not what was provided in the course. I made a huge investment into this program and from day one, there was no support, the courses were very basic, and when I did finally get a one-on-one after expressing my disappointment, they talked about things I already knew or was doing. When I asked for a refund, they said I needed to complete a year of the program as outlined in their refund policy. But what about if they don't deliver on what they promised? I tried over and over again to get a refund and they refused. I would NOT recommend this company!!

“You ran out of money and are now upset…
“You ran out of money and are now upset with your business decisions.”
“At some point you also need to own up to the fact you didn’t put in the work to grow your brand.”
“Real adults… can get on a call and talk like real people, not hiding through email.”
These are direct quotes from emails I received from Aaron Pearson after I raised concerns and later asked for a refund.
I joined BitBranding’s “Optimized Store Owner” program after a sales call with Aaron Pearson where I was told that if I didn’t make my investment back within 12 months, I’d receive a full refund. No extra conditions were mentioned on that call.
What I experienced was different from what I expected: a basic online course, generic advice, and coaches who came to calls unfamiliar with my brand. Their ads specialist hadn’t reviewed my account history and offered templated guidance. Following their advice, I spent £600+ on Meta ads and saw almost no return.
When I raised detailed concerns around the 3-month mark and later requested a refund, Aaron’s replies felt dismissive and personal rather than solution-oriented. He wrote, for example:
• “You ran out of money and are now upset with your business decisions.”
• “At some point you also need to own up to the fact you didn’t put in the work to grow your brand.”
• “Real adults… can get on a call and talk like real people, not hiding through email.”
In my opinion, there was a significant gap between the sales pitch and the support I actually received, and the tone of communication when I asked for help did not meet professional standards. I would not work with Aaron again.
Based on my experience, what I encountered felt like a bait-and-switch between the sales call and the actual service; I would avoid BitBranding and working with Aaron Pearson.
