Ordered from bitcade,quick delivery and when the machine turned up it was so easy to get started as we were given step by step instructions.The games are amazing,we all enjoyed playing the retro games from when we were kids,its absolutely amazing so much fun had by us all.Thanks bitcade

Stay well away. I have had nothing but problems with my machine to the point I have just gave up trying to get support. Now I'm stuck with a cabinet and all the labels are pealing off after 6 months with a pc that don't work. I'm about to dump this lump of crap on your doorstep as you live less than 400 meters from me. Robbing jerks. Don't buy trust me

Very high build quality, the cabinet art looks amazing, decent delivery & customer service. Monitor is decent quality, sound (with sub upgrade) is epic. Buttons & wiring are decent through a JAMMA connector & J-PAC-C USB control encoder. This supports remapping of the controls and shifted inputs through a Windows app. Hyperspin PC was not amazing, required some attention for me personally (e.g. VGA instead of HDMI seemed to cause screen tearing in some scrolling games) but as they recommend most people should go with the Pandora's box for simplicity. I switched out the VGA for HDMI, the mechanical disc for an SSD and Hypersin for BigBox (with some curated playlists) and it's perfect, couldn't be happier with it.

I ordered the cocktail table with 64 games. It arrived on time with no hassle, I was at work, and the driver helped my son bring it in.
Very easy to use ,just plug it in and it's ready to go. All the great games from my childhood.
Only thing negative about it is dinner is usually late or burnt as I don't want to stop playing it🤣

Communication was a little quite to start but once it started was excellent. Bought a table version amazing quality

My new arcade machine arrived today and it's fantastic. Artwork is gorgeous.

The whole process was really simple and they were super helpful with all my questions etc.

Delivery was faster and was delivered by a really nice delivery driver within a two hour window. The build was quicker than expected at exactly 2 weeks and the build quality is awesome. This thing is obviously designed to last forever as there is no movement at all in the cabinet even when I was having to slide it on its side through the front door!

Inside the electronics and cabling is super neat and tidy. Everything was tied down so nothing moved in transit including all the USB cables etc.

Setup was super easy. I opted to use my gaming laptop rather than their own supplied PC and it was just a case of opening the back and connecting the USB and HDMI cables and I was up and running.

Other nice features include proper industrial wheels on the bottom rather than cheap plastic castors, there's plenty of room in the cabinet to fit whatever you want and even the top marquee lights up!

I overpaid for this item, some of the games are almost unusable, the sound is not consistent and the sound control switch is not in a great place

Paid extra for 412 games so we have a great choice of games, also paid extra for the toughened glass but it is good value for the money.

Received the cocktail arcade machine with 412 games included, well pleased with my purchase great machine takes me back to my childhood days worst part of it is I can’t get the wife off it playing all the old classics games she loves it to lol so would certainly recommend Bitcade and this arcade machine!

Had a great experience having my 24 inch cabinet made - I needed custom dimensions and paint job and they pulled out all the stops to make it happen in time for xmas. Great customer service. The build quality is great and and I'm very happy. Would be awesome to have them use a slightly better emulator than the Pandora but this is an extremely niche niggle. Would heartily reccomend!

Description made it sound like the 2 person arcade works for 2 people at the same time. But it doesn’t. Only works in single player mode not two at the same time.
