Ordered device over 3 weeks ago. No tracking information. Reached out a few times to "support" and received mostly excuses and some frustration from them. They claimed they'd cancel the order yesterday, but since processing an order is so difficult for them, I thought id offer a hand and file a claim via PayPal. This company is negligent, at best. Questionable that it's a real company after this experience. Ebay scammers have even done a better job at customer service.

They ended up reaching out to me and making the issues right even with this attempt we had somemore issues but this time we had lots of communications back and forth in the end they did make it right I am grateful they wanted to fix it.

Poor communication slow shipping ended up canceling the order because of it taking almost a month without being shipped and no one reached out to me I had to reach out and ask about my order. Ended up finding a similar product from another vendor and ordered it. If you would have just communicated with me and helped with the delays I would have kept the order going I even authorized a color change to what ever was available and still it never shipped. Worst customer service I have experienced in years

I bought membership and ordered my $300+ miner on October 12th, it did not say it was out of stock. It's November 8th and I've still not received my miner. Any trust or excitement my curiosity created with this company and technology has been destroyed. Now instead im facing a decision to keep on waiting or protest to get my hundreds of dollars back. Very disappointed.

I would have given a 5 star but shipping of the product took so long. Based in California and I live in California this took 2.5 weeks to get even shipped out. And that's after I emailed them about it asking what was taking it so long to ship. Once I did that they sent it out right away.
