Amazing coach
Working with Emily has been so great for my confidence in the gym and she has really helped me develop a healthier relationship with food and eating, showing me I don’t have to be restrictive. I actually look forward to going to the gym now and love seeing myself get stronger!
Fabulous support from Lucy
I signed up to Bite Back at the end of January and Lucy was my main coach. Lucy has been super supportive, I had to change my plan a few times due to an injury and that was adapted really thoughtfully considering things I could and couldn't do. I was surprised by some of the great recipes on the app and did learn a lot about high volume foods. The app is a bit clunky and not always the best for recording or searching for all foods but I did feed this back previously and I know a lot of work is being done on it now.
I also wasn't aware of the 2 month cancellation period so do make sure you read the T&C's closely. Overall, I will really miss the coaching and I feel more confident in the gym and with a healthier mindset towards food.
Highly Recommend
I signed up for 1-1 coaching with Liz less than 2 months ago and I’ve already noticed such a big difference, not only in how I look, but in how I feel too. My relationship with food has improved massively in such a short space of time and I feel so much more confident. I’m genuinely excited to see how far I will come over the next few months. Couldn’t recommend Liz enough!
Brilliant service
I started with bite-back in March 2025 so have been with them just over a year. In that year my goal was to become more consistent with the gym and do things to support my overall health. Emily was my coach and she was absolutely amazing. I have lost nearly 9kg since the start and have felt so confident. I used to struggle a lot with food and would always try to stick to a calorie deficit but could never hold myself accountable. Emily showed me that it’s okay to lose weight at a gradual pace rather than going in at 100mph and then being upset when the process doesn’t work. I’m a very social person so I hardly ever stuck to my deficit 7 days a week but with Emily’s tips and tricks I still managed to make progress every single week. The meal plans are also great and I love trying all the new recipes!
Emily is a sweet and support coach
I have had Emily as a coach since the beginning of the year. She has helped me to get back into a healthy and sustainable routine. She’s adjusted my weekly goals depending on holidays and gave me different workout plans to suit different gyms. Emily has kept me motivated and positive with her thoughtful replies to my messages. Overall she was great at supporting me to make small sustainable changes which I can continue and I’m so much stronger than I was only 4 months ago!
Exceeded my Expectations!
My experience with BiteBack exceeded my expectations. I worked with Liz for meal plans for 6 months and my relationship with food has completely changed. Not only did I see the physical changes that I desperately wanted, I learned so much about tracking my macros and feel very comfortable and at ease with tracking my calories in the future. Something that intimidated me in the past! The app is incredible, the recipes are amazing and it’s worth every penny to have Liz and all the recipes on the app at your disposal. Working with Liz has completely changed my mindset on how I fuel my body. She taught me about different supplements, what water retention really is and how to avoid the cravings and food noise I always struggled with.

Supportive and life-changing
I’ve been working with Emily since the beginning of the year and have made such incredible progress in that time (over 10kg lost)- largely thanks to Emily’s support and motivation! She’s been great at moving the goalposts to help me gradually get my steps/cardio up, and at giving me different workout plans to suit the different gyms I have been able to access when I’ve been on work trips. Her replies to my messages and check ins are so thoughtful and positive, she’s so great to work with! This coaching plan has genuinely changed the way I think about food, and I really believe that the changes I’ve made will benefit me longer term.

I have been with bite back coaching for almost 7 months and my results have been absolutely fantastic. The coaching is great and if I did have any issues they were quickly resolved. I have much better relationships with food now and I am going on holiday much happier in my body working towards a stronger, leaner physique. I would definitely recommend Liz and her team.
