small steps, real progress
Only a couple months in but already noticing progress. The weekly check ins really help keep me accountable.

Coaching
I joined bite back coaching in January 2026 mainly for weight loss as had reached a plateau and didn’t want a coach who was strict and let not enjoy the foods I like.
Kylie is an amazing and fantastic coach, listened to my request for what foods I like and how my dietary needs as am vegetarian. She gave a quick and easy meal plan to follow, the recipes are delicious. Her advice is perfect, love the quotes or notes she sends me always resonates with me for the week. She always give a positive feedback and never puts you down.
I have seen a huge change in my confidence, accepting and loving myself. We are so focused on losing weight, that we forget how other aspects of life are more important which Kylie has opened my mind and eyes.
Looking forward in continuing my journey with them.
Real results from tailored plans and support
I joined 1-2-1 coaching after weighing it up for a while as yes it is quite a bit of money - however I really feel it has been a real investment in myself and my health. I really needed that push to be accountable after trying for a while to lose weight on my own and kept failing.
I have had amazing success on the programme - right from the first call with Liz where I told her what my goals were and why my challenges were, she created a meal plan and workout routine specific to me. Anything that I didn’t like I just asked her to switch it out and she tailored it to whether I wanted a fakeaway or pasta etc. I had originally not enjoyed cardio but Liz managed to insert this into my plan in smaller chunks and different varieties so I didn’t dread it (and now dare I say I actually enjoy it!).
After 10 weeks on the plan we reassessed the goals (which I alway feel in control of) and my plan was tweaked to give further improvement - I love that this is an ongoing progress that develops with you and not just a one and done plan.
The support given by Liz each week at the check ins Is so supportive, she is able to provide any feedback, give any tips and answer any questions. She is also available to contact throughout the week via message, for any tweaks or to ask for form advice etc.
I truly feel supported through this journey and my experience has only made me want to continue on this. Liz really teaches good habits and ways of thinking which has prevented me from giving up whenever I’ve not been motivated/had a social occasion where I would usually. I’ve had coaching for 18 weeks and I’ve lost over 1 and a half stone - I’ve never managed to achieve this in the 3 years I’ve been trying to lose this weight and I truly believe it is worth the investment to reach my goals!
nothing has worked like this before
My goal wasn't to actually lose weight, I just wanted to tone up. I had tried other methods before but, I would just end up feeling fluffy. Now I see that its quality over quantity when it comes to training. Having liz by my side has helped me shift my mindset and now I am seeing definition in my body. It is an invesment but it's the best money I have spent. Investing in my health and creating new habits meant i needed the best advice and that's what i have got with bite back. I can't thank them enough and if you are unsure whether to join then do it.
Eating more but I am losing weight!
I spent years yo yo dieting and was embarasingly eating 1000kcals a day to try and lose weight. I hit rock bottom in december when i couldn't even join in at christmas without feeling like I was going to have a panic attack. The guilt around food was a huge issue for me but, the team really help to push a balance with eating healthy but also eating some yummy snacks too. Over the last couple of months, my food noise has gone, i am in control of food again and i've actually lost weight whilst doing the reverse dieting. I have no idea how it is possible to be eating now 1600kcals a day but seeing more progress?! When liz would speak about this on her instagram I thought she was just selling a dream to be honest but it's actually worked. I am so glad i made the decision to join Bite Back and would highly encourage anyone who is unsure to just go for it! I wish I started sooner

Did not get what I hoped for…
Did not get what I was desperately hoping for. If you truly struggle with an eating disorder, I would not recommend this "service".
Also prepare to read the terms and conditions in which they require two months of cancellation notice. Further prepare yourself to continue to pay after your alleged last payment day while receiving no continued service or response at all.
If you need help, there is help to be found -- just not here!
In response, so that this review can hopefully help others make a better decision than I did joining this service—I did reach out to y'all in the app and via email, and y'all failed to respond for weeks. This is the reason I am writing and responding on this review. I am choosing not to publicize my name, but if you’d like my full name you can respond to my several attempts at contacting y’all in multiple ways. Regarding eating disorders, your response is precisely what makes this dangerous. Endless emails with a significant focus on Liz’s body is not helpful, nor is it beneficial to be dropped as soon as you declare needing to cancel the service (while of course still having to pay). My problem isn’t just y’all’s coercive two-month cancellation requirement. My problem lies in the fact that it is never mentioned verbally and y'all do not permit us to view it again later since y’all seem to only respond to reviews instead of your current clients. You cannot claim to care about clients if you treat them this way and it appears I’m not the only one that has experienced this. Yes, I failed to catch the condition when I agreed to joint—that is my fault—but to suck clients of hundreds of dollars with no active service is precisely my greatest issue with this entire team.
I hope this was enough for my review to stay up, because I want nothing to do with this group anymore and do not want to keep having to respond in order for this review to not be taken down.
I apologize for any harsh tone, but this was hurtful and frankly, I’m just being open and honest.

I’ve been with bite back couching for…7 months
I’ve been with bite back couching for about 7 months now and it’s been an incredible experience my physique has changed tremendously. Lucy has been so great with providing support and feedback it’s helped me making tremendous strides towards my goal! 10/10 would recommend for anyone considering.

I have been guided by liz and her assistant for 2 months now and it has been very good. As somebody with a past history of eating disorders, and awful body dysmorphia, I actually have found something that works. Knowing liz has been through a similar journey really helps as she shares her own personal journey as well as giving professional advice. I feel stronger then ever, and most importantly my relationship with food has improved massively! Thank you thank you thank you!!

The last 15 months with liz has been life changing. I have lost 40lbs, i go to the gym 3x a week now, I have learnt life balance and I can hand on my heart say that I love what I see in the mirror! A lifestyle change us crash dieter
I am a serious crash dieter. I cant remember the last time i wasn't dieting but i now get what liz means when she says this is a lifestyle change because yes i have transformed my body but the benefits go way beyond that. I feel in control after years of food letting me control me. This is something i never thought was possible. The cycle is hard to break but the team has helped me feel reassured every single step of the way

I have been a part of the coaching for the past 3 months and have had the best experience so far! Tia has been an absolutely amazing coach and has always been there to answer any queries I might have and has always supported me though the weekly check-ins. The best out there
I feel like I’ve done every diet plan on the market - this has by far been the most enjoyable and successful. The meal plan has been really thorough and I definitely haven’t gone without. I normally fall off the wagon after major events but the encouragement has been amazing and has kept me going.
The workouts have been varied and Liz is more than happy to change things up whenever I need it. I’m starting to see real changes in my body

Liz has made me feel my best, most confident self by making small changes to my diet and giving me a (totally achievable) dynamic strength training programme. Her constant reassurance, support and guidance has been so important to me throughout the last year of working together! And she doesn’t make me do squats and encourages me to eat burgers, which is the biggest win!!!
