Scam site keeps reversing my points on superpay. Thought it was just me. Don't do their surveys unless you wanna get scammed.

They dont give rewards after complete a survey.

I clicked on a survey that was marked as less than 10 mins. I was redirected after a few questions to Bitlab. They must have asked around 100 questions, because it took 2 hours to complete! I was tired and wanted to abort, but I feared getting nothing after spending so much time on it. I worried getting disqualified too.
The survey eventually ended, and Bitlabs claimed the researcher seemed to be looking for a very specific group of people. They told me to try again, and gave me 3 cents!
Bitlabs rightly has a bad reputation. They get users to complete as much of a survey as possible, and then give you nothing or little reward. Data harvesting for free. If I'm redirected to Bitlabs in the future, I'll be aborting immediately.

I was assured by a survey app that rewards will be credited to me after completion of stages of the game,thier gaming partner is bitlabs ,but still now it has failed to credit me inspite of multiple mails, pls escalate the issue

Bitlabs administrate a section of the paid survey app 'Five Surveys' which itself is very good – their customer service is responsive and they pay at a good rate. However the app's "Offers" section is run by Bitlabs, who are dreadful. They fail to pay out, or pay a lower amount than promised (leaving you below a threshold for withdrawal so it's the same as not being paid). They will not respond to emails or form requests. Five Surveys needs to drop them ASAP or risk being delisted from the app stores, because as legit as that app may be they also house a scammer.

I completed the “Coin Festival – Level 30” offer on PrimeOpinion over 15 days ago, with proof submitted. I contacted BitLabs more than 8 times with no reply. PrimeOpinion keeps redirecting me to BitLabs without any real help. This is unacceptable. Avoid these platforms if you care about your time and effort.

Bitlabs has games on other rewarded play sites that have good reviews and appear reliable but don't let that fool you. Tracking and rewards work fine until you get to one of the higher reward levels then suddenly the tracking doesn't work and the folks at the rewarded play site say "it's the developers that monitor the tracking and report to us" which is ridiculous and smells like a lie to me. Why would a game developer use an offer wall site if they had to monitor the tracking themselves? What's the point of using a rewarded play site? They could do that themselves but it works out well for both of them that way and you and I get screwed over. Me? Doesn't matter if they don't respond to customer support, doesn't matter if the address they have listed is a fake. I'll find out where their real offices are and go handle it myself in person. I paid a lot of money to end up stressed out and upset, the least they can do is take some of that stress too. After all, I paid them for it. People, please read every terms and conditions page if you don't expect to get ripped off ok?

Terrible offer tracking, haven't recieved rewards for completed milestones. Contacted support twice in the last week and had zero response. Avoid, you won't get paid for your time and effort.

is there update or something i cant play from like 2 weeks it always no survey or surveys so bad with 4 star

I have completed three surveys and I got nothing!

I use bitlabs through timebucks not directly. It is 3rd best survey partner on timebucks other two are Prime survey(best),Cpx research(2nd).Basically only 5 survey partner pay on timebucks ,theorm reach(4th),yours survey(5th) in my location .I dont play games. As game are waste of time.BITLAB PROVIDE GOOD COMPENSATION and thru there survey I earn some bucks.They are okay.

Fraudulent company, stay away!

No surveys for over a week and I also sent an email yet no response. Why are there no surveys on your survey wall on the earn lab web site?

I tried sending email to ask them something, been waiting too much time already, these a$$ holes are scammers and don't even respond to you, don't recommend using anything that have them in it

Rubbish 😞 . I have spent 30 minutes in the survey, and at the last question they kicked me out and offered me a misery of 0.01 cent. 99 % of they surveys don't target you . And 60 % they will tell you you already clicked on that survey even it is first time when you do that.

I have been playing games on their offerwall for days and getting paid no problem but suddenly today they blocked me for no reason. I guess if you make a couple dollars off them they're ready for you to go, not a good look at all.

Been waiting 5 days for a response to my complaint I had downloaded a game in good faith through hey cash and completed the requirements. Which i had not been paid for. Absolutely no response from the customer service team or even a time frame or setting the right expectations to come to an outcome. Stay clear
