I’ve started the Multi Color Water Sort -Puzzle offer by Bitlabs and it turned out to be a TOTAL SCAM. Even collecting all the coins at each level, just before reaching level 450 the game asks for an insane amount of coins to proceed further. That’s impossible to achieve.
I've wasted so many hours and days on this game and Bitlabs doesn't even reply.
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

How it works:

1. Select a survey
2. Answer a few screening questions
3. Eventually you'll "qualify" for a survey
4. Get redirected
5. Be advised: "We're sorry, but this researcher seems to be looking for very specific target audience. Pro Tip: We’re just getting to know you! it is normal to be disqualified from your first 3-5 surveys. This will improve with every survey you take."
6. Return to 1.
7. Repeat until you lose the will to live.
8. But it's not all bad; occasionally you'll be compensated to the sum of 0.7 points (or similar). Yes, a fraction of a whole point.
Please, just walk past this scam.

How in the world this company still in business ? The support doesn't even try to answer your issue all the time you just have conversation with a bot, so don't try to get any support from them , they are not even care , all they care is the money they make from the survey you complete but no point for you because the page just return error

They should be shut down.
It's best to stop doing any surveys with this particular company.
They won't stop cheating people.

very bad site I don't know why other sites team up with them its a total waste of time surveys kick you out all the time you rarely get a survey you are lucky if you do get one but I avoid this site even when other sites send your there I just close it and leave no point wasting my time there just move on till see a different survey or company I just never have any luck with them a lot of others feel the same way see

Unfortunately this company will scam you,
when you complete a survey usually about 3 to 4 weeks later you will notice money has disappeared from your survey account.

In my case I was told that my survey has been rejected I was naturally suspicious because I know that particular survey took my time did not rush and answered all questions honestly.

Upon this happening I decided to directly contact the market research company directly they checked my details and said they were happy with my answers I have given and did not reject the survey or complain to the survey provider.

It looks like on this occasion bitlabs the survey provider decided to do a chargeback and pocket the money for themselves.

The market research company said they would raise this at the next management meeting as it this has happened it's completely unacceptable.

Anyone else that has this problem I urge you to speak to the market research company directly rather than bitlabs,it probably won't get you your money back,but the more complaints they get it will make them think twice about using bitlabs when bitlabs realise that their business is a risk they may stop stealing money from people's accounts.

After I completed many surveys, I was paid only with 100 points instead of 1000-9500 points!
Don't do surveys over this SCAM COMPANY!

Pros:

Cons:
- Surveys are much longer than promised.
- Late disqualifications.
- Disqualification and about 0,6 cent "compensation" after a completed survey.
- IF they pay anything more than 20 cents, they will take it back (steal) it in 3-5 business days.

It makes it impossible to collect points. I am disqualified in 90% of the surveys. Don't waste your time for their surveys.

These guys aren't even worthy of 1 star. They lie about how long their surveys are, disqualify just about every attempt, some even make you go through the entire survey before telling you that you were disqualified. You can waste half an hour on them just to get kicked out at the last question and be offered a fraction of a single cent as "compensation" which they have a tendency to take back anyway. Companies need to stop partnering with them so they can wither away already

I would give them a zero They are liars. They tell you the survey is going to be 10 minutes for 11 cents then it ends up being an hour for ten cents. Then it does not pay at all. Extorting thieves!

I just almost finished a Bitlab survey on an offerwall and they yanked me off telling me, 'I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE SURVEY'. This is what they always do. You waste people's time then tell them they don't qualify? This is just crazy! These people do what they like and still continue business

These surveys are a waist of time and don't pay out. The technical support doesn't exist and submitting a ticket is rigged so it won't type correctly 🙄 what a joke it's like they have nothing better to do then waist people's time. They are not legitimate and I don't recommend it. There are other sites that have similar problems but they do payout but this one is just garbage.

I would give 0 stars. They love to cheat and push you out with errors on the end and then when you create a support ticket they send you bot responses that don't match xD

On the last day 9/8/24, I finished a survey about Quick service restaurants this is more than 45 minutes after I finished the survey successfully they simply sent me a message "YOU DIDN'T QUALIFY THIS SURVEY"
so please friends don't try to do BitLab surveys they are No. 1 cheaters. They take our money and time.

Absolutely terrible. They spam exact same surveys repeatedly, same questions, same disqualifying questions. Same 10 seconds of loading, to get their random screens offering you 24 points or something. You click that and you get more loading. They have wormed their way into "freecash.com", "mypoints", and now "swagbucks". I have completed 1 survey in the past month from swagbucks since bitlabs started spamming unfinishable surveys on this site. I wish they were gone.

Bitlabs never pays for complete surveys on Swagbucks ever. Never encountered this until Swagbucks joined up with this. Complete a survey and be thanked and be told you have no reward. It is ruining my 15 year old relationship with Swagbucks. JUST CANCEL THE SURVEY IF IT SAYS REDIRECTED TO BITLABS.
