Sucks. Screens you out A LOT.

I wouldn't of bothered to even write a review but now they ordering a charge back to Freecash weeks after I actually DID get paid for a survey.

Don't even bother with them, skip.

Banned my IP for doing nothing

This company is the biggest ripoff and biggest scamming survey company that possibly is out there in the world.

BitLabs does not reward points for survey completions. I exit out right away when BitLabs name appears. They redirect you to an error page. Someone should file a class action lawsuit. BitLabs needs to made an extinct species. Do not use BitLabs for surveys. They do not pay nor respond to trouble tickets. It's a farce.

Surveys from Bitlabs keep coming up on Swagbucks. They are a 100% Con and don't pay out. Don't touch with a barge pole.

100% agree with all the other reviews about this company. In my opinion ,,,total scammers! Keep completing surveys...."Ooops something went wrong", a nd then you can't get a survey reference number to complain against.

I did 2 syrveys from this site, and after i completed them , it gave me 0 points. TOTAL SCAM

Bitlabs sucks. Anytime I get a survey from bitlabs It either just emediatley crashes or disqualifies me after I complete the entire survey.

If I could give them ZERO ⭐ I WOULD. FN SCAM. GO THRU 75%OF A SURVEY N ALL OF A SUDDEN. OOPS NOT A MATCH. .02 CENTS FOR 15 MIN OF BS.

Would give them zero stars if I could, they never pay out on surveys

They will disqualify you every survey you try to do and none of them will ever work and even if it does I get scammed and not get paid

i completed a survey it said thank your for participating and then outside it said screenout. Also a lot of bug with offerwall.

I wasted close to an hour of my time doing a survey only to get an error message at the end. This has happened a number of times it's just so frustrating.

Did a 15 minute survey, ended up w/ error after redirect which resulted in no points gained. Seriously tired of this website as a SB user.

Their surveys are too long and you get disqualified with no reason.

The whole company is trash. You can do surveys and offers. Tip number 1 never do the offers they will never pay you. They always find a reason to not pay you. Surveys just there to collect your data’s. You can do them but you will get 99% rejection if you try to do a high pay but of course you can do the low pays that will take 30 min or longer for just 10%.
Just don’t support them. Don’t use anything they offer you and try to find another company to earn your money or points for your game.

This company needs to change name Spamlabs.

more than 1hour wasted my time,
Survey history showing rewarded but points not credit my man account "ludu rewards,
And customer team didn't helpful always copy pasting replying

This company needs to be shut down. More often than not, error messages appear at the end of completed surveys - thereby invalidating these. AS WELL AS WASTING YOUR TIME (& PROBABLY DATA MINING). Bloody disgraceful..!!

If I could give them a minus 10, I would do so.

Circle of death after every completed survey. Zero payout. They are doing this on purpose and it's disgusting.

They should change there name to Shitlabs cause they are full of it. Accusing me of using a VPN when I have never, ever used one.
