Worst survey company around. I dont understand how theyre still around or how anyone ever uses them. They have the worst oayouts and then still never payout . 99.99% not paid for surveys. SHouldnt be allowed to stay in business. Dont waste your time.

If I could give a negative number I would. They let you get through the survey, spending a long time completing, then when you complete and hit submit they flash an error message. Worst survey site every and should be banned.

never had a problem for years completing surveys for bitlabs but in the last month or so every time i go to do a Bitlabs Surveys it says vpn detected i use firefox to do my Bitlabs Surveys and im not using any vpn at all and i have never done any Bitlabs Surveys on any other internet other then my home wifi :(

I complained to BitLabs support about a missing payment for a suvey I completed. Not only did they not respond but they immediately reversed payment for two surveys I had previously done. I guess they're hoping this will discourage anyone from complaining.

money for two surveys being stolen today, redirect to error page after finished. they just hide themselves as there are no way to complain their wrongdoing in their page

I know this website is bad in starting but after the new update they give you rewards and I love to do surveys on their web and they have high paying surveys sometimes I also get screen out but I don't lose hope and try again and they made their web perfect but they have to provide support in their website so we can contact them that's why I am giving only 4 star but I will give them 5 star if they add support in their website like CPX research did

today, they took 4063 satoshi chargeback in Bitlabs after I done some serveys and get the coins. scam

I got their survey through timebucks, they took all infos, after survey 20 plus minutes they disqualified & even just realized in transactions they took away money after successful survey after 1 day, AVOID giving them any information & detail.

Disqualified from 95 percent of the surveys I try to take completely garbage. I don't recommend

Worst site ever. You can spend an hour doing a survey and they don’t disqualify you until after you submitted it’s only way for them to get your information for free and to get your private information. They also do chargebacks for no reason pretending like you were dishonest quite frankly, they could be sued for slander, since they don’t provide any evidence of such especially when you’re 100% honest. For all those sites allowing labs on their platform, you really should get rid of them or have your internal audit audit them.

No good, there are much better ways to make pennies online without the random chargebacks.

Bitlab is a fraud I have never been paid for the survey every damn time they always disqualified me sometime I will finish the survey but at the end they will disqualify me it frustrating

This Bitlabs Pro website is completely a thief and a fraud, and they sell dreams and you will not receive any receipts, and they will surely disappear after you come.

These frauds openly chargebacked several, month old surveys for no apparent reason. I’ve been doing online offers/surveys on the side for a while now and chargebacks are rare, but I somehow got several chargebacks in a single day from old surveys by this offerwall, with no explanation or communication from Bitlabs whatsoever.

Wish I didn’t have to give them a star at all. Worst offerwall around. Rarely pay when completing an offer or survey and that’s only if they don’t disqualify you first. Oh and then don’t forgot the chargebacks without any explanation at all. Would contact support to discuss further but for some reason the only site that doesn’t offer any contact details or help desk at all. Wow surprise surprise.

Bitlabs doesn't pay, and upon creating a ticket, wich got a replay from Adgate (?) , with 13 possible reasons to why i havent been paid...

The people are not wrong. Over 94% 1 star rating on here. WHY? Because they are scammers. When they first started out, it was fine. But then greed got a hold of them. The payouts went south! Took a major nosedive. You make pennies now, compared when it first started.

The chargebacks are out of control!! I have had over 30 chargebacks. They provide no email or any way for you to contact them. They steal your information, and chargeback and keep the full profit.

This company should be looked into for fraudulent activities. Over 94% of reviews, cannot be wrong!

Bit lab will have surveys on Super payme. Then next for weeks when clicking to surveys and all it says portal.fraudl. ink. Connect you to fraudulent surveys. I brought to their attention and they Said its not their problem. They just give you a run around. Stay away .
