You will spend an eternity completing a survey and then after the "congratulations you completed the survey" screen it will inevitably take you to the "we're sorry you're disqualified" page. Every single time. they get their data and you don't get the reward. they wanted data from my kids on toys and social media so I wasted my kids time calling them into the room. And still no points.

What a joke!
Not even a single time was I able even to join a survey, there is always "a better match". Waste of time.

Zero star rating.., one of the worst surveywall , no one could completed a single survey from this , they won't let finish any single survey...., Waste of time here only...

they offer surveys and after completing 90% + they used to reject by giving only 0.7450 points.this is the worst site as per my experience.

Scam offers and survey company.

They don’t have a support email so you can contact them with completed offers is an absolute joke.

Like some other survey sites, they are fond of giving you surveys where they disqualify you at the very end. Typically they are surveys where the classification questions are at the end , so they get all your answers, but choose to disqualify you based on age/race/gender/location. Allow me to assure you that these companies are not discarding your hard work!

Worst ever my friend they get you far anuff to get paid then disqualify you and rack up the money nice one Bitlabs out of hundreds of surveys iv completed successfully bitlabs was never one. Very inspiring 👏 🙌 🙏

WORST SURVEY COMPANY ON THE PLANET NEXT TO CPS RESEARCH!
AVOID the two above named survey companies as they either:
1: Disqualify you before you even begin one of their pitiful surveys OR
2: Won't pay up after you spend up to 30 minutes on a stupid survey OR
3: There is one of their 'oh, how convenient' technical errors half way during a survey and you have to shut down your computer (meaning you have wasted your precious time) OR
4: They do a 'sneaky' chargeback for no goddamn reason OR
5: They make you sit through one of their never ending survey, sometimes up to an hour and you don't get paid at the end of it.
Enough reasons? Because I have more, but I will stop there.
Just avoid them totally as they WILL scam you. Read the other posts and you will get the picture of how disgusting they are.

I answer honestly to one of their surveys and they chargeback in freecash because according to them I didn't answer honestly. And even I didn't qualify to the survey. Very bad company and really in any site where pays for do some tasks I will never choose Bitlabs again.

What a shame that one star is the lowest rating. I suppose that the lowest is the lowest, though, & it wouldn't matter if it was 0 or-100, these guys are @ the bottom.Take a whole survey --disqualified at the very end. Complete a game offer --they just don't pay you. No customer service to address this. Hope this helps someone avoid time I wasted

Too anyone reading this all you have to do is read the reviews because all they do is scam you out of your time and they do not pay. At the end of there surveys it will jump to either saying you are disqualified or at the end of the survey it will get stuck and will not return to reward you!! Total scam

Ah, shitlabs. A useless site that collect information but avoids payouts by disqualifying people.
This shower of 💩 just harvest information without accuracy and feed it to the poor souls that pay them.

Very bad survey site,99% in cases you are disquallified,and sometimes after you made the whole survey,you are not paid...shame on you...scam

One of the worst app for survey. Always eat people money. Never try it.

Truly shocking. I cancel as soon as I see them. They pop up on inbox pounds and a few other sites before they even ask a question they say opening in new tab , or, disqualified. How can I be disqualified if I have never completed a survey. Strange but true.
