A bit lacking on the customer service end but fairly quick with thee cashout compared to other online and bit casinos

I accidently sent an ltc payment to the wrong address (an address that I had used with them an hour earlier). I had sent two payments to the same address and only recieved one of them. Upon contacting them and asking them about it they told me someone would contact me via email. After waiting a week I went back and spoke with them, and after looking it up on the blockchain, I proved to them that I had sent the payments. They lied and said they had only recieved one payment and so I wouldn't be receiving credit for the second Payment. I then went back on the blockchain and looked at the address to which I had sent the payments and noticed that it had recieved a total of 2 payments equaling .3192 ltc. It had also sent one payment in the amount of .3192 ltc my payments sent to them were .1606 and .1586 ltc which equal roughly around the amount they sent and recieved, minus some fees to send it of course. This proved to me that not only had they recieved my second payment, but had moved it as well. When I confronted them with this they lied again and claimed they had not recieved it because it didn't create an invoice in there system, to which I pointed them to the blockchain as proof of my payment and the basically said that even though I proved I made the payment and that they recieved it that they wouldn't be honoring the payment and adding credits to my account. Avoid these scammers at all cost they lie and steal from their paying customers imagine what they will do to you!

They always come up with excuses on why they aren’t able to pay out the promotions they advertise then I message them about it and then get ignored they take long replying to my messages so I just leave the chat which is more annoying then their excuses

I played with them for years and I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars with them and they won't cash me out $300 because I won it off of bonus money. They look for every reason to keep your money.

Terrible customer service julia was a complete witch and impossibleto tell anything to.too many extra hoops to jump through in order to withdraw. Wasn't allowed to try to speak with someone else . And somehow a piece of paper with the platform and date on it is now part of required verification to withdrawal. Every time you withdrawal.

Be very Careful when you do business with these people because if they get upset or you win too many times or whatever you you bother them even cause they do get kind of testy whenever you aren't getting your spins and you kind of rush them, they don't like that very much, but anyway, they put my win, which was $50 into a P2sh Wallet that that specific wallet needs to have a key to unlock the Bitcoin. Or it needs a signature from both parties. And of course, I'm not the one that put that wallet address in there. I knew I hadn't because immediately it looked wrong and I had brought it up to them then when I won and they did nothing about it. I tried later. They still did nothing about it. So my winnings are still in limbo. So watch out guys because they will change your wallet address If you're not careful. If you don't look at it, just be be careful. These people are not on the up. And up. I'm telling you risk it if you want, but I'll never play with them again or any of The Other casinos they have strewn about with different names. It's still the same kind of trash, you folk.

Im Extremely disappointed with this platform. While they are willing to take your deposit, they will all you to get verified by a 3rd party which is normal but then after you pass that they will ask you for more and they fail your attempts repeatedly before finally passing your verification through. It felt like they were attempting to get me to either play my winnings and lose them before they approved my verification. I am verified with just about every major casino platform so this was absolutely absurd what I went through with bitofgold, and it was only a $20 withdrawal I was attempting to get. They even failed one of my attempts that their own support member walked me through and checked my photo before I submitted it to make sure it was good before I uploaded it and they still failed it!

Update: they failed my last attempt with a blank email response and no reasoning for failing it. Watch out for these guys, they really don’t follow through. I tried atleast 8 times, after being verified with every major platform it’s obvious they are scams here.

TLDR; while I know they pay out, they definitely do not make it easy, they will make every attempt to deny withdrawals. If you want fishtables, a lot of the big name respectable platforms like fortune have them, stick to the ones we know will pay you out.

Good platform quality games but being super slow about withdrawal

What went wrong is that I'm not getting my winning's because I won from collecting the dollar bonus and haven't made a deposit lately. I've made previous deposits before but it's been awhile since I haven't been winning so I decided to just play that dollar bonus hoping to make something put of nothing. Now that I actually won $110 BitOfGold declines my request. To people that says BitOfGold is great read this review and stop giving then your money. Stay away from this site.

This is hands down the worst experience I've had with a casino they dicked me around for over 24 hours about the bonuses that they promise then they didn't give me any of the bonuses even though I spend like $80 they didn't give me the first deposit bonus they didn't give me the second deposit bonus then they would not refuse to show proof that they did but said they did but couldn't show any receipts of doing so then they gave me a $5 bonus for posting on Instagram however you have to have $10 to be able to transfer any money out so they did that all intentionally now they just won't respond do not stay away go with this predator they are a predator and they will steal your money they still over $80 for me today

Sadly this is not the first time they have simply refused to send my withdrawal. It has been days and no end in sight unfortunately, although every time I ask customer service they give me a completely different reason every time as to why I don't have my funds yet. The supervisor, high volume of withdrawals to process, it's normal procedure, are just to name a few... However I was told when I first made the withdrawal it would be 24 hrs. Still not paid and it's been almost a week. The other reviews on here have got to be made up because I know of two other people who suffered the same mistreatment as myself at this casino and I am just not sure where these people are really playing at? It's not here, I assure you. Steer clear of this seedy little joint, or lose your money and maybe your mind.
