I think it would be very useful for everyone here if you could elaborate a bit on your claim. What was the reason given for not paying you? A licensed casino needs to have a pretty good reason to take action like that.

Found your account. Or should I say accounts in plural. The reason for us closing your account was because you created multiple ones, which of course is not allowed in any casino and in breach of our terms.
In your original review it made it sound like we just took your money because we felt like it, which is not the case. You closed your original account, then you proceeded to open a new one.

I think it's also a bit misleading to say that we allow for 1-2 hits as we're not in control of the games.
That said, bad luck is very much real and anyone who's played long enough knows the feeling. But that said, what I can do is actually go through your game play and validate what you stated in your review.
