Was buying a new strap for my mothers Fitbit charge 4, was ideal as she thought she’d have to buy a new Fitbit as they are discontinued on the official site. The quality and colours are spot on. So good in fact I ordered another strap for her straight after so she has some choice!

I ordered two new straps for my Fitbit…
I ordered two new straps for my Fitbit Charge 4 on the 14th April and was advised it was dispatched, Royal Mail 1st Class, on the 15th April.
As of the 20th April I've not received my order. Nor can I contact anyone, despite calling many many times and sending an email.
So far, I would not recommend Bitstraps.

Nice website that’s easy to use. Some good offers. The leather strap I bought seems to be real, it’s hard to tell! Good metal fitting that stay attached.

I ordered a beautiful gold jewellery strap for my Fitbit and it didn't fit at all. Really upset about it, sent my parcel back Friday 7th of April for a refund and are yet to hear anything.

Sorry to hear the strap didn't fit. We did send the correct strap out and tested it when we received it back. The strap was fit for purpose so you may have a different Fitbit model to the strap you ordered.
We have received your return as of yesterday and processed your refund. It was send via 2nd class which meant it took a few days to get to us.

Black Stainless Fitbit Strap
Having had to purchase two replacement original straps from fitbit and the third started to split, I decided to try something different. The Black Stainless Steel bracelet strap appears to be perfect, easy to fit, adjustable and supplied with new pins. Time will tell but so far so good. Delivery was very good and item was well packed. Strap colour goes very quickly
After one day of wearing my strap, the colour has started to come off the strap so it looks very worn. Not impressed for a brand new strap. I wouldn’t purchase from here again.
