Within a month the strap has become detached
It arrived fairly quickly and looks fine - unfortunately the watch has already fallen off once so I'm not sure it is safe to use the strap. I avoided the really cheap lookalikes and thought this was a compromise, but probably not. It seems to hold fairly well but the time I don't notice will lose me the fitbit...

The strap I ordered did not fit and I am struggling to arrange a return/refund
The strap I ordered did not fit my Galaxy 4 Watch although adverised that it would. I have been trying to contact BitStraps to arrange return and refund via email and Phone for the past 3 days, but have still not received a response. So it is not an "incredibly simple and hassle free return process, with no questions asked" that the website suggests.
