Super fast shipment!
My order was shipped really quickly to The Netherlands. I was delighted to have the books so soon. Of course due to Brexit I had to pay VAT at this end. 🤨 But that's not your fault.

I contacted the company to say that I had not received my order, they immediately got back to me and said that they had checked with the post office who said that they had misplaced the item, Bitternbooks sent me another one. Guess what? I received the replacement within a few days, then a day later I had another one delivered! I contacted the company who said that I could keep the extra item. Excellent customer service.
