SCAM WARNING — they demand another crypto deposit after taking your payment

Warning: this appears to be a cryptocurrency payment scam.
I sent the requested cryptocurrency payment for a server. The server was not delivered. Instead, the website displayed a “Payment error” and told me that I must make another deposit before I would be allowed to open a support ticket and request a refund for the first payment.
This is textbook advance-fee scam behaviour: take the victim’s first payment, block access to support, and demand more money under the promise of resolving or refunding the original transaction.
I received no server, no normal support and no refund. I have screenshots, the order reference and blockchain transaction records proving what happened.
I also checked the domain afterwards. bitvps.io was registered only in May 2026, despite the website claiming years of operation and publishing a large collection of supposed historical reviews.
Do not send them cryptocurrency. If you have already paid, do not make the “new deposit” they demand. Save your screenshots and transaction hash and report the receiving wallet address to your exchange.
Based on my experience and the evidence available to me, I consider this service a scam.

The MOST CONVINCING SCAMMERS on the INTERNET

Don't spend any money here! You'll lose it.
This is probably the most convincing scam that I've ever fallen for.

Their website is extremely well set up, everything looks legit, until it comes to payment.
The minimum amount that you can deposit is $30(BTC + Crypto-only).

You scan the QR code, make the payment and then suddenly you're funds don't get confirmed, even if you still have more than enough time left to complete the order.

You receive a message saying that the order couldn't complete and that you have to make another deposit before you can contact support(the support tab doesn't work if you don't have an active server, who knew?). Only then can you ask for a refund.

There is no way of making any contact with support as there are no support emails or other forms of contact, zero social media that I could find on them.

Stay away as far as possible!

Paid $42 and Had No Way to Contact Support

I strongly advise against using bitvps.io.

They require a minimum deposit of $30, so I deposited $42 to top up my wallet. The payment was successfully sent from my side, but the order immediately failed with an error saying my transaction could not be completed.

The website then instructed me to contact support for manual verification or a refund.

However, when I tried to open a support ticket, I discovered that new users cannot create a ticket unless they already have an active server or completed transaction. Since my wallet deposit was never credited, it is impossible for me to create a server in the first place. This leaves me completely locked out of support.

I also could not find any alternative contact method such as an email address, Telegram account, or Discord server.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I paid $42 and currently have no access to my funds and no way to contact support.

I cannot recommend this service to anyone until they resolve these issues.
