I received business cards that looked…
I received business cards that looked like they had simply been printed on regular A4 paper. To investigate the issue, I exchanged more than 20 emails with customer support. Each time, they requested additional evidence: first photos, then videos, and now they are asking me to weigh the cards on a digital scale.
Instead of resolving a clear quality complaint, they continuously create new obstacles and delay the process. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.
I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Interestingly, this is the only website where they seem to have high ratings. On many other platforms, customers report similar problems regarding product quality and poor customer service.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I paid extra to ensure that my order would be delivered by April 17, but I have not received any updates or communication regarding its status. As of now, I still have no idea where my order is or when it will arrive.
This lack of transparency and failure to meet the promised delivery date is unacceptable. I expected a reliable service, especially after paying for a specific delivery time.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Stay away from Bizay.
I’m honestly not sure whether to treat this as a delivery or a bad joke.
Ordered business cards from Bizay — and what arrived was completely unacceptable.
The material is thinner than A4 paper, and the print quality is worse than what you’d get from a basic office printer. The resolution is so low it looks rushed and careless.
To be clear: everything went straight into the trash. Completely unusable. At this point, even a simple watercolor by a child would have produced a better result.
So the question is simple — is this really the level of quality Bizay considers acceptable?
Stay away from Bizay.
