Check the comments out, the ones who were invited to write have have all written good comments, what do you think, you tell your friends and family to do it , it is clear and those who were not invited have bad comments, these are the real comments. Order number 4393684 , i paid to arrive by 15/12/2025 today we ar almost 20/12/2025 and i dont even have tracking number of the order,plus ive paid extra euros for the fast delivery. Wheres my 5000 flyers order? Wheres the express shipping money at? When i will receive my package? Wheres the shipping details? Also to mention the contact form on your website is only answer by an automatic message,, please wait 48 hours,, it says, its been more than that and nothing happened, also my order was placed on 11 december.

It had a little bump as We did not get the whole order in one time, but after a great Customer Service we received it just one day before the deadline to sort them out.

Worst customer service ever
We read a lot of negative reviews about delivery, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Mistake.
We needed our products for a specific purpose. After we had to ask about their missed delivery date ourselves, we received the answer that they lost track of the delivery in another language. They proposed a solution: reprint and deliver.
We pointed out that they missed the crucial deadline and we of course expected the product as we paid for, but also compensation. They answered in yet another language, this time in German, that this doesn't align with their customer service.
Very bad experience. One of the worst customer services around in this day and age.
