Fake Review removal

Bizdify removed a google review I had been trying to remove for over a year. They were honest and straightforward with their advice and had the review removed in 2 days. I was sceptical after the reviews here but if your unsure check out that I have all 5 stars now at Echuca xpert doors.

Formal Complaint Regarding Unauthorised Invoice and Review Manipulationing this review on behalf of a…

I’m leaving this review on behalf of a client I’m working with who has been severely impacted by Bizdify’s practices.

Bizdify contacted my client, offering to remove negative Google reviews. What sounded like a simple service quickly turned into something far more concerning. Without proper consent or transparency, my client was invoiced for over AUD $2,600 for “review removals” and was later told they had somehow signed up for a lifetime membership — something they never agreed to or even recalled authorizing.

When my client questioned the charges and refused to pay, Bizdify warned that their online reputation could be ruined. Not long after, suspicious negative reviews began appearing on their Google profile, closely resembling the threats made. An official invoice was even issued demanding thousands of dollars (which I have seen), clearly tying this behavior to Bizdify.

This is not how a legitimate or ethical business operates. Pressuring small businesses into paying thousands of dollars under the threat of reputational harm is, in my view, predatory and manipulative.

I strongly caution any business owner approached by Bizdify: do your research and proceed with extreme care. There are trustworthy ways to build and protect your reputation — this is not one of them.

BEWARE -- Bizdify = Internet Scammers -- BEWARE

Paid Chris Strandin (real name??) with Bizdify to remove a bad review someone who was not even a client and never provided service. This was back in January 2024..... never heard from him again and Bizdify never did a thing.

Scammer and I was stupid enough to fall for their BS

Scam Artists

Received a negative review on my business from someone I've never spoken to, apparently for not having a website and then hey presto I get an email from these... coincidence? I think not.
